Firstly, a big shout out to Zara who is a great customer sales person and a brilliant individual. That aside, it was Not good a good experience sadly. Firstly, they should be absolutely clear they do not offer refunds as this makes it fair for People buying expensive suits. Went In rochdale store today to enquire about getting a refund , as I had Bought a new suit a few days prior from oldham... , it wasn't quite right fit, trousers were a bit too long, jacket also. Slightly long on the arm. When I went to the store to ask if I could Return it in rochdale... as it is expensive to pay for it to be altered by a tailor, I was told they do not give refunds but could exchange for Another suit. But I said the sizes you have are standard so an exchange won't work. They basically went into justifying the prices like £450 from buying elsewhere,... Typical sales garbage.... I said I'm nit here to debate... And basically then was told their policy is no refunds. So disappointing to hear, as a retailer returns are a normal Event.... But to not entertain the refund is very bad service and policy especially as I only bought it a few days ago. If I was not told of no refund policy at time of purchase, and if I was made aware of it I would have been a bit more patient and got a second opinion on my fitting instead of the sales person telling it me it was a good fit. I would say other retailers like John Lewis, slaters etc have a much better customer service and really want you to be happy with your shopping experience, so you comeback. Not here though... Lesson learnt. Had to put the 1 star on so I could write this. Never shop. Here again.

Went in a few weeks ago with the mrs for a suit for a formal dinner, Neil and Zahra were big helps with sizing and put up with the endless questions... Decent price for a decent suit lots of compliments even from the in laws ! Went back the other day with our son, Neil and Zahra again luckily.. Nothing too much trouble will definitely come back if anything else is needed....
