   I rushed to the store for an emergency dress for a wedding. I arrived just after 5pm, knowing exactly what I needed and ready to try on a few options. To my surprise, I was told the changing rooms were closed because only two staff were on duty, and they couldn’t “man the changing rooms.” I’ve genuinely never heard of anything so ridiculous in retail. Trying clothes on is a basic part of the shopping experience — especially for something like a dress for a formal event. If you close changing rooms while still trading, you’re making it near impossible for anyone with a full-time job to shop with you. This wasn’t a one-off; I was told this is how the store operates. It’s incredibly frustrating that as someone who works full-time, I’m essentially penalised for it. I left empty-handed and very disappointed. You’ve lost a customer.

   Travelled from Blackburn on Bank Holiday Monday. Easy to find and plenty of cheap parking. Only £1 on Sundays and Bank Holidays. The shop was cool and airy on a very hot day. Everything was spread out so it was great for browsing. There was a massive selection of clothes to choose from and what made it better than my local store was that they had a great range of sizes to choose from. We weren’t looking to buy but ended up buying loads. The Tills were well managed with no queues. We were served by a lovely girl called Charlotte who was so chatty and helpful. Excellent Customer Service from her and she really put us at ease. Very rare in most shops now! Would highly recommend a visit.

   love love love !!!! i have waaay over 300 pairs of shoes ... 90%of them r from new look .... i absolulty love and adore new look shoes ... the color ,the confort ,the price and bang on trend . im their biggest fan . highly recomend thier shoes underwear and earings . prices r soo afordable nd the styles are awsome . !

   Excellent customer service! I called in today and I could not find my size in some jeans,a member of staff checked the stock room and brought me my size, A hassle free shopping experience, I would definitely recommend this store. The store is also wheelchair and pushchair accessible and there is a very large changing room which also has a disabled changing area. Parking is pay and display within the wheatsheaf centre and the store is located on the 2nd level, there is a lift.

   Telephoned this store to see if they had some shoes available as I needed them for the same evening. Adam took my call and was extremely helpful and although he could not find the exact pair I wanted (I had seen them online) he did tell me that there were several pairs similar and if I was able to call into store he would be more than happy to help me. I look forward to shopping here in the future.

   This store is really a pleasant place to shop in. It is never too cramped where you would feel uncomfortable or have to join long queues or struggle to gain the help if an assistant. It is refreshingly clean bright and spacious, and does have a huge array and a good solid variety of all their latests styles available right there in store. They do also have a click and collect service. Great store.
