    What lovely Saturday staff they have here, the kindest man looked after me and my daughter in here at weekend - lovely clean store and plenty of stock to browse, and again wonderful staff that went above and beyond to help me out even though I wasn’t purchasing anything at the time - thank you there are still some true gents out there and one definitely works here x

    Scarily bad customer service, refused to exchange or refund a faulty item and when asked why manager started swearing and shouting in front of a child! The manager of this store is an embarrassment and should be on some sort of register! Avoid avoid avoid

    Shocking store. Refused to give me a refund on a pair of shorts with a big hole in it. This was a manufacturer issue. Absolute jokers shut them down immediately. Also the material of the items are horrific lol. I walked off and told them to keep the shorts. Even refused to give a credit note. I’ll be reporting them to trading standards. Even though it was a small priced item it’s the principle
