   Took the chance to get a pair of trainers from Butterworth's Rochdale via Trouva site. This is perhaps the only shop currently in the UK that stocks the trainer's I wanted for a mate. I am satisfied with the speed of service, postage and quality of items. Fantastic. Only I felt the lady I spoke to on phone was bit abrupt and curt. But I am to blame as I do not think I communicated my issue well. I wanted to know if my order had registered on the system but she had assumed I was just being impatient. Still, I am a customer for life now. Here is to another 40+ years of Butterworth's. Cheers.

   Never had any Issues. Always had a good conversation and they are always happy to help on prices. Decent gear and sizes. Would definitely recommend a visit. If your not happy with prices then do your research and ask in store if they can do anything. Best shop in Rochdale for clothes by a long stretch. Shops like this are hidden gems in a dying high street.

   Brilliant place !! Made an online order and put the wrong email by accident - Georgina one of the workers was efficient and manually sent me the tracking number !! Once arrived I realised I got the wrong size and without any fuss or problem she sorted me an exchange for the correct size !! Can’t thank these enough and definitely would be buying again as the customer service was next level !! Thanks guys

   purchased the hoody from this company via love the sales. The problem came with the delivery. The parcel was not delivered to my self and after speaking to Georgina at the shop to help me track down the parcel she was most uncooperative explaining to me that they have send the parcel and the delivery of it was nothing to do with them. It took me almost the day to track down my parcel and get it redelivered to myself. I don't find this kind of customer service acceptable. hoody was to small and at least refund was issued quickly

   Came into the store as I had upcoming outdoor trip. Wandered in without any knowledge and found the staff to be incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Was kindly greeted downstairs by a member of staff who asked me what I was after, she informed me to head upstairs to speak to the manager. Who himself took the time to answer my questions and showed great knowledge of the products in-store, the technical aspects of each garment and what would be best suited for my outdoor trip. I walked out with a bag full of gear and thanks to the manager/Butterworth's my weekend outdoor trip was a warm, rain proofed time. Highly recommended A*

   Heard about Butterworth's through their instagram page (@butterworthsrochdale) and gave them a message regarding a present for my dad. They were super helpful and lovely and even nicer in person! The manager was really attentive and I left feeling extremely satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Butterworth's!
