   I came down on the Fourth Year Sale Anniversary and had a ridiculous experience! Should have made it clear on the social media posts like TikTok and on the card that you have to BUY a suit and THEN you get a free one.. but on the social media platforms and the card it just says one free suit which wasn’t the case! So it was buy one get one free, not just get one free, waste of time!

   I love shopping at R&M fashions, and the only staff member I go to for help is Rabiah, she goes all out in helping me with choosing the style of clothes that I am looking for. She is so sweet and kind. Definitely recommend the store for its high quality clothes at the most reasonable prices and best customer service!

   If your looking to purchase from R&M fashions hear me out... i ordered a dress for Eid gave myself a whole calendar month precisely on 26/07/20. 30 days later i received no dress, no explanation and no refund. Please take into consideration i had been advised it will be sent at first class delivery. I did ask a couple times that i haven’t received it yet all they asked for was tracking and i got ignored from 25th august! despite knowing how unhappy i was and how delayed my purchase was they portrayed no attentiveness and didn’t even respond. This escalated to another whole month with no dress 3 months going to 4!! I asked my niece to deal with it not necessarily for a refund or a dress because honestly that’s not what mattered to me what mattered is that my Eid was ruined. I had no dress on this occasion and felt miserable! My niece then after communicating asked for a refund and i had received this within the next day. Also when my niece had messaged they had cleared our chat which also demonstrated their ignorance towards my issue they gave no respect until she had spoken. I thought that my nice tone wasn’t important enough and when my niece had written a formal warning it was only then prioritised. This shop ruined my Eid; i will never shop here again the service was beyond inadequate.

   There was a girl who was extremely rude and uncooperative, made faces everytime you asked her to get a different size for you, totalky unhelpful. Why is she even working there? as she clearly hates customer service. we told the lady at the pay point about her poor attitude, who just ignored us, didnt say anything at all. Will not be going there AGAIN

   Super value for money. New designs new clothes for everyone and every occasion. Every time I go and definitely come home with 2 to 3 pairs of suits. Staff so friendly and helpful always polite and smiling. Jewellery also available and stunning. I get All my holiday clothes from them and they are stunning. Keep it up R&M and thankyou.
