   I liked three different dresses online. I wanted to try them on and choose one for a wedding. I went into the Ashton-under-Lyne store. Never again! I asked a simple question - Have you got these dresses in your shop? I was disgusted at the 'senior' staff member's response! - how can you expect us to have everything Roman sell in this small shop. We sell all over the world.... she went on and on.... She said order them online and you can bring them here to return them if necessary BUT you cannot get a refund, you can have a credit note. It wasn't what she was saying it was the TONE she using!! I will not be back.

   I had the misfortune of entering this shop today and engaging in a conversation with the " lady" serving. I asked a completely sensible question and she literally looked me up and down and answered in a condescending manner. If you hate your job so much that it reflects in your interaction with your customers, my advice is move on and do something else. You have lost another customer today entirely because of your " couldn't care less " approach.

   If you are trying to buy a product from here. Please don't buy anything from this store. I have faced the worst customer service in my life. This store must be rated as -1 , I am going to file a complaint against this store, also she was extremely racist.

   Staff attitude is extremely repulsive. I took a purse and a bolero to try on in the changing room and could hear a staff member flagging someone down as a shoplifter. Got out and was shocked to see them standing right in front of my stall with no other customer in the shop. I don't know what changing room 'policy' encourages staff to do that, nor do I care because I am not coming back. Please educate and train your staff on customer service and not disservice.

   I was disgusted by the customer service o was given by the sales assistant in the Ashton store. She was so rude and full of attitude. Firstly she she didn't let me speak I couldn't get a word in. And when I did she said I was lieing. I have shopped for the first at Roman, I bought a borg coat for £65 and I had my receipt went in for a refund she refused me straight away.I was fully unaware of the policy anyway and if I had known when I bought the coat I would have not bought it. And when I did but the coat the sales assistant did not explain the policy to me . I had bought the coat from the Bury store but wanted to return it to the ashton store which is more closer to me. I was told to call customer services as the women serving me said she couldn't do anything or asked me to come on Tuesday. I explained I couldn't come on Tuesday as I am working. So totally ignored what i had said she then wrote the customer services number down whilst this I asked her if she could write her name down and her mangers she said she would. When handing the piece paper toe with the contact details she only had wrote the customer service number and she verbally told me her managers name. So I saw a pen on the counter picked it up and wrote the mangers name on the piece paper and asked for her name. I was appalled by the service I was given absolutely shocking.

   Not to pleased i had a coat bought me by my other half but unfortunately it is to small i took it back and I was told I couldn't have my money back even with the receipt and tags still on coat alls I could do was exchange it for something else or get a gift card with the value on it so I've had to do that as there clothes are small sizes so not sure how I'm gonna get the 32 quid back for the coat when asked what will happen if u don't eat anything to fit me she just shrugged and said u'll have to keep an eye out as something are generous normally with a receipt u can get ur money back from places its with no receipt it exchange or gift card wouldn't recommend buying anything from there ...
