Made my first online order from Susie’s Boutique, received all ok and loved the things I ordered, however one item was a little big and due to going on holiday and getting the return within the terms and conditions I email the shop and explained. No problem at all and the next day received a refund for the item. I’m not one for online shopping as I like to browse shops and try on etc but I have to say I will definitely be making future purchases from Susie’s. Great customer service, excellent value for money and extensive choice, very very satisfied customer. Just wish I had found Magic trousers before now lol.
