   Ordered a hoodie and a top,even with all the delivery problems people are having they came really quick!,hoodie is bit big for me but luckily love them baggy and is super comfy (plus ive been trying to find a beetlejuice hoodie for ages so was so happy too see this!!) , and the top is definitely a new favourite! Lovely customer service and clothes quality is excellent! Can't wait to be ordering more in the new year! :)

   The company does not offer refunds on their printed shirts even though they are not ‘personalised’. The web site says they fit from size 16 to 24 and are balloon tunics, but they do not. When I put the top on it barely pulled down past my chest and is super tight. I contacted the company and explained that the product does not in any way meet the product description and they have refused to refund or provide and alternative which meets the product description. I would warn you not to order any product u less you are very, very sure the product will fit as you do t get your money back, even if the product is not as described. And at £35 that is a very expensive error. A real shame as I had ordered 6 products and did have other items I wanted to order but I won’t be risking my money with this company again.

   Visiting here was a fantastic experience. The shop felt like a truly safe space to explore who I was and how I wanted to look. To say that it's LGBTQ+ supportive doesn't adequately cover it; the staff were really friendly and fully engaged and accepting, helping my friends and me explore possibilities and clothing styles outside our experience and the societal gender appearance constraints we've spent our lives chafing under. They were wonderfully helpful at translating between male and female sizing and suggesting clothing combinations that might work well together for those of us new to those styles. Shopping here felt affirming in a way I can't compare to many other experiences, and I can't recommend it highly enough especially for anyone who doesn't quite fit 'traditional' societal expectations - transgender people, agender or genderqueer people, anyone just questioning and wanting to explore these possibilities, or people with larger bodies seeking body positivity.
