   My wife and I called in The Edit on Friday there was a large selection of clothing and my wife was spoilt for choice. The lady who works there was excellent nothing was to much trouble for her. She was very helpful We found out her name is Annette. She's an asset to your company and we will definitely call back in again

   I walked into The Edit (Didsbury) and was immediately greeted by the loveliest lady (Amanda). What had prompted me to go to the store was a gorgeous jacket which I’d seen a lady wearing in Menagerie the day before. Amanda gave me the BEST service and spent what must have been a good hour advising on different looks. She was honest enough to tell me when something didn’t suit me which I really appreciated. At the end of it, I walked out with three items (I only intended to buy the jacket). I’ve literally been telling everyone about the wonderful service I received and will continue to do so. In the current climate, it’s important that we highlight positive experiences and also support our local businesses.

My wife visited the Edit boutique and was delighted with the customer service (this seasons collection was promising too), matter of fact it was excellent and she came home and celebrated the customer experience which prompted me to give feedback. Whatever you are doing at Edit Boutique please continue as we would certainly like everyone to experience the great customer service.
