   Today I have been to river island, the kids section .I have been assisted by Shaun who was absolutely fabulous, he was fast efficient and really helped me to find the specific item I looked for my daughters.He was kind , and very dedicated to his job , being very polite all time even if my toddler was not at her best behaviour. He was tidying , serving, rushing to the cashier and with a lovely smile on his face. This is the kind of employee you want to have in your team. Also he went extra mile for me as my toddler throw away her shampoo toy with stitch design, and I was happily impressed when I come back couple of hours later to the store he recognised me and said ‘Let me guess you come for the stitch toy ☺️’. Thank you very much for your kindness today. Well done. Defintely coming back to this shop as staff is always nice ☺️

   Their staff especially at the counter very rude and sucks! You better quit working if your behaviour towards customers is completely disgusting! I've been waiting to pay, but this guy select which customer to attend. You better learn hospitality cause that shows you are stupid enough

   staff are wonderful and always happy to help, we call in a lot as my daughter (11 years) is addicted to River Island after Christmas I did an order online picked up in store we then went upstairs to get more clothes as she seems to think she doesn't have enough large children's section which is brilliant! some lovely things in stock.

   Had awful experience with a blond girl at the till. Printed out " dodgy " receipt , the one didnt look as a proper one. Then stuck for a while after requesting new receipt. Very unprofessional :(
