My husband and I had an absolutely delicious 3 course Christmas meal at Browns last night. The service was very friendly, and each course was outstanding. Fantastic value at Β£40 each, with a glass of prosecco each included. This is by far the best Christmas meal we've had in any restaurant. Thank you so much for an enjoyable evening, we will definitely book again.

We stayed at Browns in Worcester after an unforgettable Christmas orchestra performance at Worcester Cathedral, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation. The building holds a quiet sense of history β€” once part of Worcester’s old riverside trading quarter β€” and that heritage is still felt in its character and architecture. Set beside the River Severn in one of the city’s most idyllic spots, the surroundings are peaceful, atmospheric, and perfect for an evening stroll or a slow, reflective morning. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. From our table we enjoyed a beautiful view of the River Severn and the bridge, a serene backdrop that set the tone for the day. We were looked after by Chloe, whose impeccable manners, warm professionalism, and thoughtful attentiveness made the experience exceptional. What truly stood out, though, was the dedication of the management team. It’s clear they pour every ounce of themselves into ensuring guests feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Their commitment shines through in every detail. A wonderful stay in a historic riverside setting β€” the perfect complement to a magical evening at the Cathedral. Highly recommended. #BrownsWorcester #WorcesterHotel #RiverSevern #WorcesterCathedral #ChristmasOrchestra #FiveStarReview #Worcestershire #RiversideViews #ExceptionalService #HighlyRecommended

Great food! We’d been before several years ago and remembered this place. The Cod and Chips were excellent. The fish to batter ratio was great. Light batter and thick cut filet. The chips were soft inside yet crispy outside just like you want them. The Lamb Duo was savory and the gravy was delicious. The seasoning was very nice. We were in hurry to catch a music venue and were able to get our orders in promptly. Atmosphere was good, although the club music in the background made table talk challenging.

The food here is excellent & in my opinion very good value. Service is also brilliant. If you find you have eyes bigger than your stomach ask for the remainder to be boxed up & take it with you. All meals are ordered from menus with a varied choice. The room we gad was spacious; luxurious & comfortable. Tea & coffee in the room. Very large bathroom. View over the river was stunning. Thank you our stay was very pleasant & would return here again.

We had the pleasure of staying in room 301. It did not disappoint, really is massive! It was clean and tidy with fresh robes and towels. The bedding smelt fresh and the room very well presented with an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was very nice. Made to feel welcome by every member off staff. Especially housekeeping who made our room extra special for a 30th birthday.

A little gem of a hotel and city. Friendly attentive staff without being intrusive. Ideal location for the city centre. Great breakfast and a lovely room with a view over the River. Worcester is compact and lots of old buildings make it charming. All the people we've met here have been very friendly. We came for a short city break and it has been one of the best.

Nice ambiance, good service and friendly staff. The scotch egg starter was awesome would highly recommend. I ordered the seafood plate for mains. The food was cooked well, my only criticism is that there’s could be more seasoning on the seafood or a nice pan sauce as it lacked flavour. A wedge of lemon would be a nice touch. All in all, great restaurant and I will definitely return.

Stayed in one of the apartments and seriously worth every penny. I am a wheelchair user and the buildings are very old and not easily adapted for wheelchairs. However there was a ramp into the restaurant and a lift in the accommodation. The manager was superb. A friendly atmosphere with gorgeous food & drinks.
