Local legend!! Heard that it had recently changed hands however it is still as amazing if not better than before. The fish was freshly cooked so the wait is totally worth it, along with it being insanely tasty. The staff were really nice and friendly aswell, making me feel very welcome.
My first time at this fish and chip shop It was a great experience. The food was lovely and freshly made, their staff were really welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended to pop in!
Got a take away of Cod and chips, was told only cash only? Why? Cod was was nice but chips were crap. Had to stop food being loaded into a plastic bag which makes the food sweat and be soggy. Won’t be rushing back.
We have been going to the crispy cod regularly as a family. Great atmosphere, very clean and reasonably priced. Great choices on the menu, something for everyone. My children love the milkshakes and fried halloumi. It’s a family run business that take pride in what they do, I can’t recommend anymore
The fish was crisp, hot, and delicious. Grilled cod w cabbage salad is a great choice! The Latte was great! Lunch Service was good. Unfortunately, the hot chips were plentiful but not as crispy as I prefer and a bit of a disappointment. I suppose we could have asked for crispier!
Loved the takeaway so we came back for a dine in service. Friendly staff, food still as good, fried chicken is better than KFC. Unfortunately, curry sauce didn’t make the cut. It was not completely dissolved hence too watery. And they should have proper tartare sauce to go with that great piece of fish. The packet ones are just a no-no. Would we come back? Yes
OK First things first this is one of the best multi food takeaways that I have had the fortune to visit. The staff have great knowledge and passion for the products that they sell, service for takeaway is within a reasonable period of time(usually no more than a minute). The portions are massive and for the money I had double batterd sausage and regular chips (although there would have been plenty for two people) and it only cost £6 bargain these days. Now the eat in side was well kept all the empty tables were clean and the floors were cleaned no sticky patches. If you are in the area please go and visit this restaurant/ takeaway I personally can't wait until I'm back in Orpington to visit here again.
The chicken is really so spot on omg. We came when they were about to close so they only had like 2 chickens left but we still enjoyed em and the burgers were so lit! We even received sausages for free. The staff were really very accommodating and we had a great time to cap out day. Definitely gonna order the bucket chicken soon! Come visit!
