   This is not only the best kebab shop in Orpington, but also amazing when it comes to customer service. I always add notes on my order which is always followed and they even go the extra mile when I call to tweak any little changes I want. Thanks for today’s service also as instead of the extra chillies and onions on my salad, you gave me a whole box of it ;) it’s the little things!! Thank you!

   This used to be our favourite kebab shop but recently our orders have been poor. Orders are deconstructed kebabs with extras you’ve not asked for (waste of food as it gets thrown away!) and like tonight’s order, there was no garlic sauce present at all even though it was asked for and one kebab which should have just been a small donner came as a small mixed! The chips were soggy and a yellow colour and the pittas tasted funny! Lost two customers and won’t be ordering from them again.

   Absolutely delicious! Quality Kebap lives up to its name — everything is full of flavour, freshly prepared, and served with a smile. The meat is always juicy and perfectly cooked, and the portions are generous. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a late-night craving, this place never disappoints. Easily one of the best kebab spots in Orpington!

   I don't usually bother with reviews, but this time I will. Today this establishment lost a customer, I'm out. I've ordered only from Quality for years & today I've opened my regular order to find a poor, shrunken down version of what it used to be. Some cheap 'meat' product, frozen chips & whatever reason some boiled white rice. Salad was fine. I've also just seen the disappointment from fellow reviewers. A couple of weeks ago I noticed it was shut for an unusual period & I didn't recognise the staff member, so are we to assume it's under new management? Whatever the case they shouldn't be surprised if business drops off. Should probably start paying the delivery drivers the money they collect from the delivery charges instead of asking Thier already paying customers to then pay the drivers. Perhaps it'll suit your tastes, but the quality in Quality Kebabs has really plummeted. Nothing special anymore. I'd sooner pay somebody else.

   Friend had a mixed meat wrap, she ate half of it, not impressed. I had cod & chips, not impressed either, only ate a few chips which were dry like the fish. Would not recommend.

   My other half orders their 'Orpington special 'at least once a week if not often. He thinks it's great meat and at great price. Value for money and quality. Food is always delivered within the time frame given. YES,sometimes takes longer but we understand there is traffic and lots of orders to deal with as popular in the area. Always very polite drivers and they accept both cash and card payments. Thank you Quality Kebab and Fish team, continue with the great work

   Missing a portion of chips and failed to follow the instructions that are even printed on the delivery receipt very clearly. Chips were mediocre at best and the kebab meat was dry. Fast delivery, and that's what the two stars are for otherwise it'd be one! Very poor.
