What a pleasure to visit this store! It's always amazing getting served by the middle-aged gentleman with the hat. He's a great asset to the establishment. I always have the same salad box, and I've visited lots of different Subways, but this is definitely the best store.
Shockingly bad. A good buzz in the queue, folk are clearly brand-fans ... I suspect they'll give this place a wide berth like I will from now on (I'd sooner starve ). Ordered a footlong hearty italian, from the new menu, the tex-mex one. The bread was badly burnt and just crumbled once toasted. The cook time (for chicken) at 30seconds wasn't enough ... why stop it early when 32s is short? 3/4 ladle of sauce for a 12" ... really? ...and only about 2.5 doritos across the entire footlong sub was just insulting to me as a customer. All the salad supplied wouldn't cover the palm of your hand, and the X-Spicy Chipotle sauce wasn't even added - I asked the young woman that completed the sandwich twice if the sauce was in there - she said it was, it was making me look weird for asking. I consider it a £7.29 investment in a lesson well and truly earned. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN - THEY ARE LYING DISRESPECTFUL CHEATS
