   I have shopped at Pure Wilmslow a number of times over the last couple of years and each and every time it has been a lovely, lovely experience. Clare and Jane are two of the nicest, most helpful, friendliest people I have ever encountered in a clothes shop. They are extremely attentive without being pushy and cannot do enough to help. I took my 87 year old mother in this week and their patience and kindness with her made my day- and hers....along with her purchases! The choice of clothes is excellent-the range runs from glamorous, without being ridiculously expensive, to relaxed and comfy every day wear. Every time I visit I come away with a number of lovely new items for my wardrobe, from super soft jumpers to the most gorgeous glamorous winter coat. I cannot recommend Pure Wilmslow highly enough-lovely clothes and lovely staff-looking forward to going back already!

   The shop refused to honour my credit note, as apparently it was issued by a different business they were renting a space to, which is not there any longer. The credit note was issued for return of an item if clothing paid for by cash. At the time of the credit note issue I was told that it is indefinite, which clearly is a lie. I strongly advise against shopping here, as the business doesn't respect consumer rights.

   Called into the shop today, never been in before. Lovely collection of ladies clothes, all at reasonable prices. The ladies were really friendly, bought a dress for my holidays.

   Rude beyond belief ! I dont appreciate someone talking about me behind my back when having wanting to save them some work by saying ai didn't want a jumper taking out the window , the lady ( I can only assume is the owner - as I certainly wouldn't be employing her ) proceeded to mutter about me to her colleague . Very poor

   Went into the wilmslow branch today and got the most stunning two you've ever seen, hand picked by myself and libby (who was amazing by the way) and also really helpful. Would 100% recommend this boutique

   Just this minute walked out of the store in the Trafford Centre. The older lady asked if I'd like to try anything on, I said no thank you, im just looking. She then looked me up and down, turned to the younger sales assistant and rolled her eyes. To which the younger girl giggled then felt embarrassed as I seen what happened. Felt so small and upset. Didn't need that at all.

   I would like to say how delightful the staff are here, especially Fiona who I had the pleasure of meeting today. I didn't buy anything as I was slightly harassed with my 8 month old in tow, but their wonderful welcome and great service mean I'll be back soon, purse in hand!!
