“We visited Baby Loves after seeing great recommendations a few months into our pregnancy and placed an order of the Bugaboo Donkey 5. The customer service throughout and since has been incredible from the owners taking their time to respond to emails whilst away on their honeymoon to being so accommodating with our girls being born early and having to reschedule things. We have been kept in contact with the whole process and all at Baby Loves have been so compassionate to our situation it’s made our journey that little bit easier. “Best shop ever! BWD is just the best. Full of great labels you can always find something for every occasion, casual or glam. The staff are fantastic. They help you with clothes that suit you, give constructive advice and opinions and alternatives to try if you need a bit of assistance for the right look. I always find something just right and their loyalty card points scheme is fab, you feel like you are getting a little something back and rewards custom. It's my go to shop for when I'm looking to treat myself. It's also where my husband goes to treat me too as they always look after him in there. I rarely bother to clothes shop town now. With great labels on my doorstep and staff that actually care about their customers why would I?”

“Forgot all my work shirts last week for a convention at Mottram Hall. This is a proper old fashioned customer service shop and I loved it!! Paul the expert in the shop got me fitted up with three of their excellent Remus Uomo shirts that fitted perfectly then I got three Paul Smith shirts too! Shop smells good and the customer service is second to none. Even though I live 208miles away I will be buying online….after first speaking to Paul of course! Why are shops as good as this one so few and far between these days!!!”

“I visited the store on Friday and went to the Bobbi Brown counter. Savannah was the young lady who came to assist me. I can’t speak highly enough about Savannah. She was absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough for Mum and I. She helped me select some new products whilst making up my eyes for me. She really is a credit to your store. And Mum and I will definitely be returning to store to visit the lovely Savannah. She really made our day and was so helpful and informative on all the products and how to apply them. It’s a 10 out of 10 from Mum and I !”

“This is a huge store but very well set out. Coffee shop is great and although you had to order via a machine your coffee and sandwich was delivered to the table. It was very busy but the service was great. The table next to me had not understood the ordering correctly and over ordered so when the drinks were delivered there were too many. The lady waiting the table was so kind she sorted them out without causing and issue and organised a refund too. Very thoughtful. Sometimes we older people don't understand these machines and it would be a better idea in my opinion if there was someone there to assist with this or just by asking older people if they would like assistance ordering. As I said it was rather busy but well done to the lady who sorted it out.”
