   bitterly disappointed with the service here recently after using for online orders for a few years, to the extent i will not shop here again on principle. on checking the sale items for t-shirts i ordered and paid for 4 x belstaff t's in various colours. the next day i receive an email saying there has been an error on the website and they cannot supply them at the sale price as they should not have been in the sale. sorry but that is a you problem, i paid and rightly expected my order at the price offered, in business you sometimes have to take the hit for customer retention and own your errors and write it off and obviously make the changes to the website once spotted. you made no effort to even offer me the tshirts at a discounted price or meet me in the middle etc. just said tough you cannot have them, so really amateur hour here! you then send an email saying you will receive your refund within 10 days... i questioned this to receive a snotty reply saying this is only meant for overseas buyers as it sometimes takes longer to process, well why not state that in the email then so as to not waste customers time any further. a very poor show all round and i would never treat a customer like this, its frankly embarrassing in 2025.

   I ordered a pair of LMNTS trainers which arrived faulty. I contacted the company straight away and was told to return them. I followed their instructions and sent the trainers back, but since then I’ve had no communication at all — no refund, no replacement, and no response to multiple emails. This has been going on for months, and it seems they are ignoring customers once they have their money. Very poor customer service and completely unacceptable. I would strongly warn others to think twice before ordering from this company, as you may end up out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

   Forgot all my work shirts last week for a convention at Mottram Hall. This is a proper old fashioned customer service shop and I loved it!! Paul the expert in the shop got me fitted up with three of their excellent Remus Uomo shirts that fitted perfectly then I got three Paul Smith shirts too! Shop smells good and the customer service is second to none. Even though I live 208miles away I will be buying online….after first speaking to Paul of course! Why are shops as good as this one so few and far between these days!!!
