    I like this store. There are often interesting discounts and promotions. Good service, good selection of goods and products.There is a toilet, it is clean. There are necessary accessories. Large parking with spaces for the disabled. Entrance to the store without steps.

    I bought air pods brand new, I never left the shop, even the manager opened them for me to help. He did not advise me that once they were opened I could not exchange them Upon opening the AirPods, Then I realised that they were the wrong model as they do not fit in my ears. I have asked to exchange them at Argos for the pair that were more compatable for my ears and they are unwilling to exchange them The manager himself open them and now I’m left with AirPod that don’t fit my ears and £200 down This service is very poor

    Kudos to the customer assistant, just been for my collection, I arrived close to the end of day, they were full of energy and responded very well to my haste!

    I ordered some toys for a present they came faulty and when I went to return it I was told it can’t be returned as it has been damaged by myself even though it came damaged in the first place. Luckily the other staff member was very kind and helpful and sorted the problem out in the end.

    A joke of a place. Paid a pound for parking, machine didn't give change (was a 70p charge). Tried to get money back for parking, but would only my give 70p, even though it cost me a pound. Awful customer service. You've left a sour taste in my mouth for the sake of 30p. I'm not desperate for 30p by any means, but it's principle.
