“I had an issue with a Snug delivery and could not get in touch with them. Mandy at the Wilmslow store went out of her way to sort it out for me and I now have another date this week. She is so friendly and even though I have not bought anything from her shop did not hesitate to help me! I live in Stockport but if I did reside in the Wilmslow area I would go and thank her personally. Unfortunately I do not drive. She is a true professional and so kind and helpful.”

“Initially we had lot of apprehension about buying kitchen at Nolte, as we had not heard the name also had not got any friends who had installed it. All that was cleared once we went to Nolte, Wilmslow. Navid was our kitchen designer who helped from design, delivery and installation. He was really good, we had some hiccups as the building was not completed when the kitchen was delivered, Navid then arranged it to stored for us. There was some damages caused by delivery, Nolte were very kind to replace it and Paul, the fitter, came down on Saturday to fit the replacement. In whole Nolte worked as excellent team to deliver our beautiful kitchen!!!! Thanks to the team and special thanks to Navid and Paul.”

“A brilliant service from start to finish. They were very helpful in providing advice on a tricky set of windows and visited several times to make sure everything was just right. Excellent service and having first walked into their shop not really knowing what I wanted for the windows, I now have curtains I love. They were also very helpful in providing guidance on cost to fit budget. I will definitely use them again! Thank you.”

“The shop is lovely and the staff very helpful. I am very disappointed in the foam cleaning sticks. I have been buying these for years, but won't buy again. The foam is so inferior it doesn't even survive one cleaning job before it breaks down. Also I bought the air fryer cleaner. Read the instructions not to be used on the element. This is the part that needs cleaning. Everything else is easy with a damp cloth.”

“A truly wonderful place for an authentic Italian meal and fabulous atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is cosy and welcoming. Although there are a few Domus Italia or Casa Italia restaurants in Manchester the Didsbury one does not feel like it part of a chain of faceless restaurants. It has a family run vibe and individual atmosphere. It's not a big place but that makes it so much nicer.”

“I visited the store on Friday and went to the Bobbi Brown counter. Savannah was the young lady who came to assist me. I can’t speak highly enough about Savannah. She was absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough for Mum and I. She helped me select some new products whilst making up my eyes for me. She really is a credit to your store. And Mum and I will definitely be returning to store to visit the lovely Savannah. She really made our day and was so helpful and informative on all the products and how to apply them. It’s a 10 out of 10 from Mum and I !”

She kept in touch every step of the way when decisions were needed with colours, wallpaper, finishing touches; always able to offer advice on the right products to use. “Should probably start with other people’s feedback. Firstly a joiner who was doing other work for us said he had never seen a better kitchen and that there are not many companies in the country who build to this quality. Secondly all our friends and family who have visited so far have been amazed by the transformation and without exception say it’s perfect especially for us and how we use the space. From our perspective I only have 2 words First Class!!! The experience has been first class from our first planning meeting with Andrew through the installation process and then the post installation support all led by Gary and supported by the fantastic technicians. The end result has met all my ‘requests’ made during the design process and is better than I could have imagined. It makes me smile every time I walk through the door. The quality of the product is of the best quality & surprisingly competitive compared to high street retailers. A special mention goes to Neil who provided a great service in terms of knowledge & design suggestions not rushing us in any way. Delivery was surprisingly quick, & whilst a couple of components were damaged in transit this was sorted quickly. Worth a look if you are looking for a bespoke quality product & design.”
