   Very poor customer service. When I asked for help, the staff member (named Harriet) was busy texting on her phone and appeared to be vaping behind the counter in one of the storage rooms,instead of assisting customers. She was dismissive rude and very aggressive when I tried to ask a question. It felt like she didn’t want to be there or help anyone. Stank of alcohol while working , looked like she not had a wash for months ,Completely unprofessional behaviour — Argos really needs to address this,

   When we arrived at the till, there were no staff members present to assist us. After waiting for a while, we went to check if anyone was available in the warehouse area and found a staff member named Harriet, who appeared to be vaping and using her phone. When we asked for help, her response was dismissive and unprofessional — she said, “no one will force me to do something I don’t want to do.” This kind of attitude is disappointing and doesn’t reflect the level of customer service we would expect from Argos.

   It's only decent place to pick up your none Argos items, other than that they never have anything in stock and their excuse is that we are only small place, which is true but you may as well just go into town, they also don't order things in so its pointless

   The manager in this hole in the wall is a very poor example of Argos training team. She is Rude, unhelpful and her customer service skills are non existent. My first and final visit as I never want to set eyes on her again
