We're absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and utility. The whole process was made so easy thanks to the personalised service from start to finish. Andrew was great - he put us at ease and guided us through every step. The quality of the build is excellent, and every detail has been finished beautifully. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!
Thomas James have been outstanding from start to finish with our kitchen. Andrew the designer was very patient with our many(!) back and forths on the design and was very accommodating with everything we requested when choosing our layout and our dream kitchen has become our reality. It exactly what we wanted and more! The fitters were amazing and so friendly and tidy and we couldn’t fault anything they did. Anything that needed fixing or changing they saw to it straight away. Gary was our main contact for organising everything and he was always so professional and responsive. The whole team have been fantastic and we would highly recommend Thomas James to anyone!!
From start to finish, our experience with Thomas James has been exceptional. We now have a very high quality, wonderful new bespoke kitchen and utility room that have made a huge impact on our way of life as a family and our quality of life. Andrew, the designer was extremely patient and very welcoming when we visited the design studio in Wilmslow developing the designs for our new kitchen and utility room. Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable and guided us so well and was very supportive through the whole design process. Nothing has been too much trouble for Andrew and the rest of the Thomas James team and the whole team have been so professional throughout the design, planning and fitting process. Gary and his kitchen fitting team were wonderful too and were so courteous, professional and the attention to detail has been second to none. All our friends and family say our new kitchen and utility are stunning and love the new living space we have now. We would definitely recommend Thomas James Bespoke as a Company to go to for first class service and beautiful designs, they are a wonderful company.
Should probably start with other people’s feedback. Firstly a joiner who was doing other work for us said he had never seen a better kitchen and that there are not many companies in the country who build to this quality. Secondly all our friends and family who have visited so far have been amazed by the transformation and without exception say it’s perfect especially for us and how we use the space. From our perspective I only have 2 words First Class!!! The experience has been first class from our first planning meeting with Andrew through the installation process and then the post installation support all led by Gary and supported by the fantastic technicians. The end result has met all my ‘requests’ made during the design process and is better than I could have imagined. It makes me smile every time I walk through the door. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about getting a kitchen of your dreams

Martin, who meticulously fitted the kitchen whilst being constantly pestered by our dog. And Tom, who went above and beyond for us. My husband and I could not be more delighted with the results. A stunning bespoke kitchen that we always assumed would be outside of our budget. The tailored personal service was fabulous. With such a high tech measurement process the kitchen fits perfectly with a great finish and installed much more quickly than expected. We’re now utilising the nooks and crannies we never realised we had. The complimentary Toblerone and champagne was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend.
We used Thomas James Bespoke for our kitchen and wardrobes. The stages of design, manufacture and install were all above and beyond our expectations. The quality is of the finest raw materials and the finishes are all superior and excellent quality. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and extremely professional.

Simply stunning! From the design stage through to installation, the care, craft and overall attention to detail was second to none. When you breakdown some of the so called bespoke kitchen brands on the high street, they don't even come close to the build quality of a Thomas James kitchen. Highly recommend.
