The video consultation with Ben was sooooo good. He was really good at talking through and discussing my concerns about which size sofa would be best, firstly to get through the door and secondly which sofa would work best in my space. He was also helpful with discussing colours. Great to talk things through rather than going round in circles. (Too many swatches!). I know the sofa - just have to make up my mind about colour. Very impressive customer service -even the language you use for your branding/promotional materials.

I recently visited the Loaf Furniture showroom, captivated by the easy, breezy dream of effortlessly ordering furniture for our new home. They painted a picture of simplicity with an order code and everything seemed promising at first. However, that’s where the positive experience ended.
I found myself making four calls, spanning two days and an international line, only to be informed that our furniture wouldn't arrive for six weeks. In the meantime, we borrowed some pieces to get by, but when the delivery date finally came, we had given our borrowed items away, assuming our new furniture would arrive as promised.
The evening before the scheduled delivery, we received the disappointing news: our order would be delayed by another two weeks. Here we were, with three kids and no sofas to sit on. We braced ourselves for another wait.
Delivery day part two was yet another letdown. The delivery team was very nice, but they were not actual delivery men and had no idea how to assemble our furniture. Despite their genuine efforts, they were unable to help us set everything up.
To add to our frustration, one of the sofas was still missing—leaving us with just a modular piece while the rest was somehow lost. Now, two days later, there have been no calls, no updates, and no sign of our missing sofa.
The lack of customer service has been disheartening. My advice to anyone considering Loaf Furniture: don’t be sold a dream. It can quickly turn into a nightmare.

My husband and I drove for 4 hours to try out Loaf sofas and it was very worthwhile journey.
The staff immediately offered us a welcome bottle of chilled water, they let us browse but were attentive when we had questions, they were very generous with their time but with absolutely no hard sell and they were very knowledgeable about the products.
We returned home very content with the sofa, armchair and chaise we have chosen and we look forward to seeing them in our new home.

After a good look around the shop a very friendly assistant named Cherry came to our aid. Cherry was very knowledgeable about the products on show and knew most of the measurements of the sofas we were looking at by heart. Although the sofas were lovely, I suffer from a bad back and found the sofas not able to support my back as they were so deep and wide. Cherry tried her best and suggested lots of sofas that may help, but a lot were too low when sat on for me. Cherry was most helpful and took us around all the sofas that could be made a bit higher. Lovely colours for fabrics and just a bit too squishy for my back although my hubby loved them. Sales assistant not too pushy and gave us lots of time and information on each sofa she thought may suit.

Mark was very helpful when needed and re arranged furniture so I could try out the foot stool with the sofa I chose. Swatches to take away so you can see in your home . We had amazing experience at loaf Wilmslow today. All three members of staff were very attentive and helpful. We were served by Cherry mainly. She was great at product knowledge. Products were displayed in nice professional manner with ample space to walk about. Quality seems good too. Loaf had very good vibe. Although we only went to see mattresses but after visiting to store and talking to staff thinking about renovating the whole bedroom and possibly sofa.... definitely recommend to visit.
