   Izzy and the team at Kutchenhaus Wilmslow have been incredible, from initial planning meeting to installation. Izzy's suggestions and ideas helped us to design a fabulous kitchen. There's no hard sell. Izzy gave us time to think about what we wanted, and a home visit helped with final decisions. A great post-installation service too.

   Quality kitchen!! After deciding I needed a new kitchen I did some research and decided to visit Kutchenhaus as I knew German kitchens were of good quality. Izzy in Wilmslow was most helpful and after taking the kitchen measurements invited me back to look at the different designs she had done. Excited by the new layout and colour scheme I went ahead. They also arranged for plasterer and electrician so I didn't have that to worry about. Mike the fitter was brilliant. He took pride in his work and very tidy. The new layout is so much easier to work in with no wasted space. Entertaining is so much easier. Wish I had done this much sooner. Huge thank you to Izzy, Mike the fitter and all involved.

   The designer Isobel is very nice and professional lady. That’s the reason I chose to purchase with this brand. However, the rest of service is not pleasant. There were 1.5cm gap between my quartz splashback and the cabinet. The owner Joshua told me it’s completely normal. He just explaining this is completely normal. I wait for (promised to come on Monday but just show up on Friday) few days for his show up with his wrongly made shelving today. I just got unreasonable reason that it’s normal by showing me the photo of the showroom to proof gap is normal. I am very disappointing about this. The only solution I had is asking me to paint the wall from off white to black to make the gap less obvious. I really shocked about this. For those considering this brand at this branch, pls be aware.

   Excellent service from Kutchenhaus Wilmslow and would not hesitate to recommend them. Despite lockdown restrictions in the spring 2021, Karl and the team went out of their way to work safely with us to plan our new kitchen. The design by Karl, Mark and Hannah stood out, showing flair but also addressing our concerns of having enough cupboard space and a layout that really works. Chris did an excellent job fitting the kitchen and utility and the project went very smoothly. Ann did a superb job project managing and getting everything sorted with minimum delays. We are really pleased with the overall result and have a kitchen that truly has the wow factor!

   From our initial meeting to completion Karl and his team have been amazing and so helpful. We knew our new kitchen was always going to be amazing but Karls design and supply surpassed everything and gave us a dream kitchen. Can't recommend these people enough!! This should be everyones first kitchen stop :)
