Love to shop here for our Grandson. It's an enjoyable experience with a great choice of well made clothes etc and great interactive staff working in both shops ( wilmslow & Knutsford ). Can't wait to go again.♡

Had a ridiculous experience today upon returning an item, or trying to. I was gifted two items identical when I had a baby so I’ve gone to return one, Which I had the gift receipt and also the original receipt as the lady paid cash and gave me the receipt so I could return. The woman in the till asked me if I wanted an exchange or a gift voucher, and her other member of staff next to her said it’s cash and she said yes but it’s a gift so I won’t give it to her. Moral of the story is I wasn’t allowed to get a refund for the item because I didn’t purchase it myself, I had to leave with the item and ask the lady to return it for me (awkward). Apparently it’s the store policy you can only receive cash back if your physically paid for it yourself. How they can ever prove who paid cash is beyond me? However because I said it was a gift and I have 2, she used this against me and refused to return the money to me even though I had the receipt for the gift. Absolutely ridiculous, I can assure you I won’t use the shop again and can ensure the lady who purchased the item has stated she won’t use the shop again. Can’t believe I’m on my way back home after getting out the house 16 days post section to ensure I didn’t miss the 30 days return policy and sorting my 3 children out to leave, and didn’t get anywhere anyway! Customer service was shocking.
I booked a maternity VIP appointment at my local store in Wilmslow & I can’t recommend enough - it was fab! Big thank you to Rose who ran my appointment, did all my measurements to make sure I was in the correct maternity size & was a fab personal shopper picking out outfits! It’s such a useful experience as an expectant mum getting to try everything on for size, particularly getting measured up for the bras. The jo jo leggings are my absolute favourite - I’m so glad I bought a couple of pairs because I live in them & the tops! You also get a discount when you book the experience so it made getting a new maternity wardrobe a lot more affordable. Would really recommend this to all expectant mothers - thank you Rose & Wilmslow store

No problems with the store but customer service with jojo online order has been awful, almost a 4 week delay on online order which I’ve had to chase up numerous times, delivery was meant to be within 5 days , do not order from Christmas as unlikely things will be delivered an no items were personalised!!! Very poor shopping experience and follow up care
Absolutely fantastic first visit to this store. Lovely selection of clothes, toys and other items. Staff were also amazing and helped me with my shopping and toddler :)
Lovely shop and staff. First visit staff were helpful with choosing sizes and offering options. Great quality clothes and accessories. As baby grows we will be back.
