“We visited Baby Loves after seeing great recommendations a few months into our pregnancy and placed an order of the Bugaboo Donkey 5. The customer service throughout and since has been incredible from the owners taking their time to respond to emails whilst away on their honeymoon to being so accommodating with our girls being born early and having to reschedule things. We have been kept in contact with the whole process and all at Baby Loves have been so compassionate to our situation it’s made our journey that little bit easier. We cannot wait to put it to use with our little ladies. Thankyou again to all at Baby Loves, we highly recommend - Ryan, Holly, Florence & Willow”

“Had two home deliveries and both the driver's we lovely polite and chatty The order arrived on time and everything was in there Only draw back is make sure you have shopping bags to move the shopping from the baskets as Waitrose don't pack the shop in carrier bags”

Very interesting place for breakfast or lunch in Cheadle. This cafe is definitely a positive addition to the Cheadle community - making it feel more like some of the cafes in Didsbury. It is very clean and had a nice friendly atmosphere. The manegment adhere to the Jewish community, hence this cafe is closed on a Saturday. You will find lots of nice things on the menu and everything is well presented and clean as stated above. The reason I can't give this more than the 4 stars, is based on the disposable plates, knifes and forks and coffee / tea cups. I imagine on a good day this Cafe must go through a lot of disposable waste. Not sure if any of this is recyclable (but I have no proof) so effectively this cafe could contribute to world pollution (perhaps comments from management will put me right on this issue). It would be good to have notices saying the cutlery , crockery is all recyclable as this would get another star from me. And lastly but not leastly there is only one Vegan option on the menu. As we all know Veganism is on the rise and it is always good to have more Vegan options on the menu. On the other hand for the Jewish community it isn't an essential - but for the public it might be. In conclusion I would recommend this place as it gives a fresh look to the Cheadle community and it is clean. Worth a visit if you are in Cheadle.”

“It's cheaper than some grocery stores. It gets packed with long queues and the aisles are somewhat narrow. Otherwise it's budget friendlier. There's good customer service on top of that.”

“I visited the store on Friday and went to the Bobbi Brown counter. Savannah was the young lady who came to assist me. I can’t speak highly enough about Savannah. She was absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough for Mum and I. She helped me select some new products whilst making up my eyes for me. She really is a credit to your store. And Mum and I will definitely be returning to store to visit the lovely Savannah. She really made our day and was so helpful and informative on all the products and how to apply them. It’s a 10 out of 10 from Mum and I !”

“This is a huge store but very well set out. Coffee shop is great and although you had to order via a machine your coffee and sandwich was delivered to the table. It was very busy but the service was great. The table next to me had not understood the ordering correctly and over ordered so when the drinks were delivered there were too many. The lady waiting the table was so kind she sorted them out without causing and issue and organised a refund too. Very thoughtful. Sometimes we older people don't understand these machines and it would be a better idea in my opinion if there was someone there to assist with this or just by asking older people if they would like assistance ordering. As I said it was rather busy but well done to the lady who sorted it out.”

“I was given a fuel voucher by my electricity supplier as I was struggling at the time. I've been to this shop on 3 occasions and I was unable to collect my fuel voucher as a lot of the staff don't know how to process fuel vouchers although the staff are friendly they should be trained to use the paypoint machine. Unfortunately I've been left without electricity on 3 occasions. Head office please train your staff properly!!! You get paid to have paypoint machines in your shops but yet only a couple of staff know how to use them efficiently rubbish really”

“Great store but please when you have your delivery can the truck NOT block the exit so I don't have to have a near miss with the curb versus the wheels on my car lol”
