“We visited Baby Loves after seeing great recommendations a few months into our pregnancy and placed an order of the Bugaboo Donkey 5. The customer service throughout and since has been incredible from the owners taking their time to respond to emails whilst away on their honeymoon to being so accommodating with our girls being born early and having to reschedule things. We have been kept in contact with the whole process and all at Baby Loves have been so compassionate to our situation it’s made our journey that little bit easier. “Good clean helpful shop. Can be hit or miss on items. I never pay full price and always shop around for the cheapest available. I stock up when they have discounts like 241 or half price items. Good tip check next door in lidl they have the same items nearly half the price over a full price item here. Staff are nice and I would definitely recommend shopping here. Just make sure you are not paying over the odds.”
