   I can not recommend baby loves enough they are beyond amazing. We picked up our pram bundle today and they were so lovely. They showed us how to put everything in the car safely and even set it all up for us in our car. The most friendly and welcoming team and we will be bringing the baby boy in when he arrives!    My husband and I were extremely impressed with the professional and personal service we received when purchasing our travel system and next to me crib ready for our new arrival.    We visited Baby Loves after seeing great recommendations a few months into our pregnancy and placed an order of the Bugaboo Donkey 5. The customer service throughout and since has been incredible from the owners taking their time to respond to emails whilst away on their honeymoon to being so accommodating with our girls being born early and having to reschedule things. We have been kept in contact with the whole process and all at Baby Loves have been so compassionate to our situation it’s made our journey that little bit easier.    Highly recommend Baby Loves, amazing service and competitive pricing. Every time we visited we had such a warm welcome from all the team. Once we chose our pram and car seat the team held onto it until nearer my due date, on collection the pram was built, steamed and car seat was fitted and Steve showed us how everything worked which was really reassuring. They also have such a beautiful range of clothing. Thank you so much for all your help.

   I honestly cannot recommend Baby Loves highly enough for all things baby! Steve was happy to price match an offer on a travel system that we had seen with another online-only retailer, which made life so much easier for us as we were able to visit Baby Loves in store to “test drive” the pram. After making our purchase, Steve kindly offered to store the pram for us until closer to our baby’s due date. When we went to collect the pram, the team had it steamed and set up beautifully, as well as helping us to install the car seat in our car. Thank you Steve and team!

   Absolutely loved buying my pram from here! Steve and his staff are just the friendliest people and they know everything..we felt so comfortable and had all our queries answered. Their service is brilliant, each time you go he makes you feel so welcomed. Especially as its my first pregnancy I had no previous experience so this was the perfect place for me. There’s a brilliant selection of high quality prams and they even steam them for you and fit everything in the car. Not many places offer this. Makes you feel at ease..which is just what you want before the baby arrives!

   Amazing service & competitive pricing. We bought our travel system from Baby Loves & the team could not have been more helpful. We popped in a couple of times before purchasing & Maria was so helpful explaining the different prams & car seats to help us find products which would work for us. They fitted the car seat for us & showed us how it all worked which was really helpful. It was really reassuring to have this help & support which you just don’t get when buying online or at stores such as John Lewis. The pram clean & reveal was a really nice touch. We’re so happy with our pram & car seat & will definitely be popping back for more toys & outfits now our little one has arrived!
