“We visited Baby Loves after seeing great recommendations a few months into our pregnancy and placed an order of the Bugaboo Donkey 5. The customer service throughout and since has been incredible from the owners taking their time to respond to emails whilst away on their honeymoon to being so accommodating with our girls being born early and having to reschedule things. We have been kept in contact with the whole process and all at Baby Loves have been so compassionate to our situation it’s made our journey that little bit easier. “Our little one had the time of his life and loved every minute of it. Even as parents we were impressed with the facilities/ quality of play equipment, they sell a wide range of food and lovely seating area by the cafe that has plenty of high chairs. The tables are spaced out to allow for pushchairs/buggies. They have a role play section with plenty of soft play equipment etc. for under 5’s. Our little one loved the different sensory areas. The whole place kept him entertained for hours! We visited a second time on the way home. We only wish we had one closer to us down south as we are based in Sussex.”

“Always Active sessions have had such a positive impact on my Mum' s life. Her dementia (AD) means she sometimes forgets my name, but she never, and I mean never, forgets what days her Always Active days are on. These are the only days she gets up early and is ready on time. She always wants to go and even though by the time she gets home, she's completely forgotten what she's done during the day, she will always tell me she's had fun and how much she's laughed. The staff are absolutley amazing and I can't praise Gina, Sharon and all the amazing staff enough. Seeing my Mum enjoying herself so much at Always Active sessions is an absolutley priceless feeling. I will be forever grateful. X”
