   Rude rude rude rude! Staff here are absolutely awful for the most part, there’s a few younger ones who are lovely & an Irish lady who’s a delight but the lady who was wearing a head scarf should be sacked and the pharmacist at the time with her! Rolling her eyes at me and giving me and others such attitude! Avoid using where necessary. Change needs to happen here!

   Shocking!! Never seen a chemist like it, pick up medication for it all not to be there, tried to give me someone else's medication, rude staff and usually take the phone off the hook

   I've recently moved to the area & had my first visit here today to collect my prescription after work. There were 2 other people waiting , but 3 staff were working and I received my prescription immediately with great customer service. Nice little pharmacy - I'll be coming back :)

   I was astonished with the rudeness of the lady pharmacist. My GP sent over my prescription for the very basic and widely available antibiotic and for the 4th time in the space of just over a month it was not available (only in this pharmacy). When I asked if there was a problem due to supply chain, the pharmacist said without even looking at me to tell my GP to send it elsewhere. She was rude, really unprofessional and simply lacked empathy. I will never go there again.

   Was told that all my Medication was in the bag but they had not put in the main ones, I had been going away and found this out away from home. I was turned away the previous two days as they said they didn't have my prescription, even though the GP sent it over 5 days earlier and I could see this online. Young staff are very friendly but unfortunately not trained well and you can hear them discussing patients and calling them, every time that I have been in. Am going to change Pharmacies.

   Summerfields Village Summerfield Village Centre, Wilmslow SK9 2TA This used to be a terrific local pharmacy until the change of staff in recent times. The lady pharmacist on a previous occasion was awfully disrespectful and patronising to a customer in front of a shop full of other customers. Today it was my turn. I had been collecting owed medication for my husband who has a seriously compromised immune system and was told that nearly four weeks later it was still not in stock and yet other chemists near by had it. As the young member of staff couldn't properly. explain the same lady pharmacist interjected rudely saying the outstanding prescription had been 'sent' back leaving my husband without the drugs needed. I asked her to explain why and she was completely unhelpful and dismissive. I reminded her the she represents the Lloyd brand and that she shouldn't be so rude to people. I asked for her name and she wouldn't give it me by which time I became beyond annoyed.(To add insult to injury a male pharmacist said that they could give my husband 200mg tablets instead of 400mg ones as they had plenty of that size in stock!! unbelievable) Ironically she has complained to her office about my behaviour and I'm apparently (without getting my version of events) going to receive a letter barring me from Lloyds shops !! Well that's okay, as before she phoned I had already said that I wasn't going use their shops again in any case. Awful behaviour.

   Gave me a look like I shouldn't be there. Sorry to bother you, but I'm just checking if my prescription is here, I might be a bit early but it's not my usual pharmacy so I won't get a text and it's my lunch break so ... NO, It's not been sent! *turns back on me and chats to delivery man* I wait assuming it might be urgent and they are busy so she might turn back around and finish the conversation such as how long it usually takes, do I come back later? tomorrow? Can I maybe get some strong painkillers to tide me over? Can I take those with the medication I'm on? Nope, she just walks off after a chat with the delivery man. Great. Thanks. I'll just walk into Wilmslow centre next time rather than come here again.
