For me it is a bit of a last resort shop. I enjoy the work that the Co-Op does but aside from that I don't find the cost is worth the quality. For this cost I would rather go independent.

Don't bother paying a premium to order from here on Deliveroo - they never have what you need in stock and never bother sending you substitutions that you've asked for and know they have. The staff are also exceptionally rude and act like your custom is a total inconvenience to them. Don't like the job? Work elsewhere. Don't make it everyone else's problem.
It's more or less the same as any other co-op but it's in didsbury, all the usual things you would expect. Groceries and hot and cold food are sold here and there is a kiosk that sells lottery tickets and tobacco etc. most of the other stuff is self service checkouts.
I was given a fuel voucher by my electricity supplier as I was struggling at the time. I've been to this shop on 3 occasions and I was unable to collect my fuel voucher as a lot of the staff don't know how to process fuel vouchers although the staff are friendly they should be trained to use the paypoint machine. Unfortunately I've been left without electricity on 3 occasions. Head office please train your staff properly!!! You get paid to have paypoint machines in your shops but yet only a couple of staff know how to use them efficiently rubbish really
Good store for its size , most things you need are stocked,maybe not the full range in manufacturers but enough for you to be able to get most things , lovely staff and a Costa machine ,what more do you need
Don’t use ubereats to order from here. They send things you didn’t order and charge you for it. You will get good support in resolving the issue from ubereats. But coop doesn’t care.
Good range of lines for such a small outlet, but ooh la la the prices! OTOH sometimes deep discounts on near date goods.
unfortunately, the self-service checkout often jams. Yesterday, for example, she took £ 5 from me and no one from the service was willing to help me. It's a pity because I like this store and I live nearby
