“I recently popped into Waitrose Altrincham to pick up a parcel from John Lewis. I was met with a queue that had literally just developed as a few people who had walked through the doors in front of me joined it. I resigned myself to a wait as we were in the lead up to Xmas. Within a minute several staff appeared to deal with the queue and all customers were dealt with in no time. I was impressed and just wanted to say, well done Waitrose Altrincham.”

She lead me through everything she was doing whilst she was scanning me and explained things to me! She really took her time and I didn’t feel rushed at all or felt like a number. “My son is on the spectrum and used to have long hair as he couldn't stand to be touched on his head to have it cut, we tried a few places and he'd become really distressed and anxious, so we left it. Then when he was 5 he decided on his own that he wanted to have shorter hair so we decided to try here (altrincham branch) based on positive reviews and a recommendation from someone at my sons school. He loves it, he's been visiting here for about a year now. He has Chelsea to cut his hair and he really likes her, she's patient with him and respects his sensory boundaries, she makes him feel listened to, he loves how she uses praise led encouragement and calls him a superstar and a funny bunny. He looks forward to coming for his hair cut now and calls it time to visit his friend Chelsea! It's a bit of a journey in for us, about an hour if there's bad traffic (and traffic CAN be tricky on washway road sometimes) but we consider it to be worth it due to the positive experience had upon arrival. I can't stress enough how distressing haircuts were for him prior to finding this place and we gave up completely because it would always end in screaming, panicked, anxious sobbing. But once he had made up his own mind that he wanted to try a proper haircut - I couldn't recommend here enough as a perfect starting point to begin your child's haircutting journey/experience.”

“The best day out ever, the farm is beautiful and full of so much character and amazing animals to see, I absolutely loved it and feeding the animals and holding the lambs was an amazing highlight! The staff are all so kind too, thank you for an incredible day !! We will definitely be back! 10/10 so fabulous and beautiful escape with amazing scenery too.”

“These guys are brilliant. Always pick up the phone straight away, clearly explain things, help where possible, and deliver on what they say they’ll do. Prescriptions are always quick and sometimes as early as the next day, and they’ve even given me short term IOUs in the past. They’re all really friendly in the store, and Matthew is brilliant. “We were gifted an egg push chair which, to be fair had seen better day. W,e were ready to throw it away but thought we would give Pram Parlour a go-what can I say, the quality of the work was seconded to none, at one point we were convinced that had replaced it with a new one-it looked that good after they had cleaned it. They also do repairs-I recently had an issue with one of the wheels no locking in, I decided to try repairing it myself only to be left with a bag of bits and no idea how to put it back together, thankfully the Pram Parlour did. They do outstanding work, have great customer service and good pricing.”

“I have been shopping here recently mainly for Indian groceries. They are very polite and courteous towards customers and the groceries that we got are quite fresh and are of good quality. The turnaround time from when you order to when you go pickup is also short that makes life easy! Would definitely recommend to shop Indian groceries.”

“It’s really good in price and quality for frozen and fresh foods you are looking for, I mainly go for frozen foods but the only thing is sometimes they don’t always have particular items in for weeks but that must be down to suppliers so I would recommend it to everyone.”
