   Aldi has a good range of products , alot are very competitively priced amd they have some very individual items exclusive to their stores . They compare very favourably with other supermarkets for value , quality and choice . Would highly recommend

   We are a regular customer at this store, on a recent visit, we have been faced with abusive treatment from all the staff on duty who lacked customer service skills starting with their deputy manager and another colleague who asked us to leave the store because our baby was irritable and crying. A patronising, cold language was used against us throughout this encounter and no empathy or care were shown as our shopping trolley was taken away. I wanted to speak to their customer service, no one available to speak to on the day and I was not provided with customer service details when requested in order to submit details of the events of the day. The fact that a one year old baby wasn’t welcome at the store shows the lack of inclusion. Not shopping here again and I’m putting a complaint to their higher department.

   The store is neat and clean. Each section of the store has a variety of options to choose from. Due to the excellent signage throughout the store, I was able to find everything I needed very easily. The prices were fair and with the self-checkout, I was able to complete my purchase quickly without any problems.

   I have just been at this store in Altrincham and I experienced a really unfair/unpleasant service. I had bought one energy drink and at the time I approached the till I was told to remove my face mask in a very harsh way, I told the person helping me that I had my ID my cards and so on and explain as why I couldn’t remove my mask/ I suffer from a skin condition that can get really bad at times. This was the case. Then still he couldn’t approve my purchase. The manager was call and again, I was treated with not respect as the manager crearly had very little knowledge about customer service. He told me that without showing my face they couldn’t serve me. Obviously, I got very upset, but never was rude. After had shown all my cards, including my ID card in which crearly shows my age over 30s. I do believe that this type of situations need to be look at. You cannot treat people as they are just a piece of rubbish. People deserves respect! Today you made me feel well discriminated.

   Visit Sunday December 4 2922. Bought 2x Fresh crabmeat to take to work on Monday but noticed the the best before date as 30/11 on Monday. 4 days over for seafood is too much so I had to bin them . Poor shop floor management imo . Should have been short dated stickered. Do I need to check all Best by dates from now on to save money and waste ?
