    Only called in to collect an Amazon delivery ( this store is a drop off point , so great for out of hours collection) collected evening of 6th August. The young lad behind the counter was very polite and courteous. Give that young man a payrise!

    Young girl working there, very ignorant, has ear buds in, doesn't interact, infact totally ignored me and was talking on her phone. Snatched my phone out off my hand when scanning a code, I had money in the phone wallet and I don't expect someone to just grab it off me, TWICE. She needs some customer service training this was sunday 2nd March 2025.
