    Stupid behaviour today. Usually a good aldi with good staff, but today wouldn't let me in with 4 minutes to go until closing. I left my house specifically to get there before closing, for one item. Just needed to nip in and grab a cabbage I'd forgotten earlier. Guy tried telling me the tills were closed at 4pm, which it wasnt. I appreciate you want to go home on time but you close at 4pm. If you want to close at 15:50/15:55 just say that. If I want to turn up before closing time and buy things, provided im out of the shop by closing time, that's surely my prerogative. Plenty of people in the queues still, there was even a lady still in the entryway after the initial doors.

    Whever we travel to Manchester this is our snack shop stop of choice. The stock is always filled and plentiful and the prices are always low. The staff are always polite and friendly and extremely professional throughout. There's ample free parking spaces including disabled parking spaces and parent and child parking spaces too.

    Awful moody staff on the shop floor. One of them mumbled that he didn't get paid for what's he doing at Aldi. One of my autistic kids put a cushion on the floor, and he was complaining. It's dusty, and he can't sell the cushion. But Iv wiped the dust its look normal. I don't know why he is working there if he hates to work in Aldi so much. Staff at the tills are always nice. But the customer service is horrible.

    Self checkout tills now installed and the staff will not open ordinary checkouts.They insist on clients using new check outs.I refused and walked out leaving my trolly full of shopping in the middle of an aisle.

    Normal aldi store staff are very helpfull always putting on extra tills when its busy only problem is it takes ages to find a basket they need more baskets

    Love this new Aldi. Opened Oct 2020. Just love where it is situated, love the ample parking space, generally your never too far from one. The layout inside is so very clean, and stock is constant!
