Did not like the customee service! One should check the receipt as they don't have barcode and they don't bother how much price they are entering. Bought cake boxes and when got back home realized that the price was incorrect ( saw on website). I had to go back again and there was no apology at all from them!
I have ordered 1000 x Clear Polypropylene Food Wrap by online and they arrived loose...no packaging. 1000 clear plastic sheet in a large blue bag closed with sellotape. As soon you opened all papers move around and there is no way to put it back. How can you think this is the right way to deliver those sheet. How can you expect your customer to handle it. Of course I sent an email but not response.....even bad customer service. Please do not order online to avoid those kind of surprises. The next day after this post they actually contacted me and we have agreed for full refund as I wasn't happy with this product. So, I rejected what I said about customer service and I add another star as they deserve.
I drive all the way from Birmingham just to be in the shop, there are two Lovely ladies who helped me in all my inquiries regarding my previous orders and help me sort out other stuff for my small business, this is a great place to visit for packaging needs and greatly recommended it for everyone!

Amazing place, highly recommend! Staff are lovely and helpful, there is nothing they haven't got for a party! We have used them for decorating parties and events from 1 year old to 80 years old. We also use them to decorate our Studio window, fabulous quality and products. Will recommend to all our customer.

I wanted pretty little serving pots for a posh tea party. I like the wide range of products, that it is possible to buy in smallish quantities at reasonable prices, and the extremely fast delivery - it all arrived 24 hours after ordering despite only paying for the standard 48 hour delivery! Very pleased with the pots and glasses, and delighted to have found such a good source.
