   I have so many nice things to say about Starlight and the team there. Ben and Laura have been such a comforting part of our experience of having our first baby. Ben has helped provide so much helpful information and has answered all of my questions with detailed information. Laura did our scans and tests with so much gentle care and she has given us so much helpful information. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! It's so easy to park which makes the experience even more stress free.

   Absolutely lovely experience! Claire has really put me at ease with the gentle approach and very informative step by step process. She lead me through everything she was doing whilst she was scanning me and explained things to me! She really took her time and I didn’t feel rushed at all or felt like a number. Really caring and friendly. 1000% recommended!!

   We can’t fault Starlight at all. I’ve waited some time to leave this review as I sadly suffered a missed miscarriage earlier in the year, but Laura was empathetic and supportive despite having to deliver the bad news. We really hoped we would be able to return to Starlight but in happier circumstances, so when I fell pregnant again we booked an early scan with Laura straight away. Fast forward a couple of months and we’ve just had our gender scan at Starlight. Every time Laura has been so kind and welcoming, we can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Laura and Ben!

   I have been coming to Laura at Starlight since she first opened in 2022. She’s very much been a part of my journey— from fertility scans and blood tests, to pregnancy scans for my first pregnancy, sadly for a pregnancy loss, and now during my most recent pregnancy. Laura is not only professional and very knowledgeable, but also so kind and reassuring. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and cared for, even in the hardest moments. I’m so thankful to have had her reassurance and expertise on this journey.

   We had our gender well being scan at the Hale clinic and what a beautiful experience we had! The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful but our experience having our scan was just out of this world! I wish I could of bottled it all up. You’re made to feel so special and each person we had with us was made to feel just as special. The scan of the baby is truly breathtaking with how clear it all is, everything is explained in such detail and any questions you have are answered in such depth. The boutique part of the clinic is amazing! So many unique pieces! Again, absolutely beautifully designed.    Laura and Ben are the dream team. I initially made contact with Starlight in early pregnancy when my booking in appointment was messed up. I left a message on a Saturday morning at 930am, within an hour Ben returned my call and I had a scan booked In for 2 hours later. The clinic is beautifully presented and Laura is the best, being a midwife too she has all the knowledge and experience needed to provide a thorough and detailed scan on the health of your baby. I have since had a few scans here and the NIPT test, the results were received with within less than the timeframe given. I would not hesitate to recommend Starlight to anyone looking for care as it should be, thank you again Laura and Ben only 12 weeks to go x

   Laura and Ben had a very caring manner and went above and beyond to answer all my questions before, during and after my scan, providing me with a 5* service. My appointment was on time and conducted in a very calm, clean and comfortable room, with each stage of my scan explained to me in detail. It's amazing to see an image of your internal organs on the monitor and hear that they are the right shape/size and then a few hours later receive a scan result report with GP recommendations. I can highly recommend Starlight to anyone thinking of booking a scan.

   For any men who are contemplating an ultrasound of their abdomen and renal area, I can highly recommend this place. Laura was particularly helpful in explaining her findings as the scan was being carried out. The report that was provided contained detail which my GP will find invaluable. Brilliant.

   Starlight ultrasound is wonderful, Laura is lovely, the reception staff are helpful and the surroundings are very calming and clean. Nothing is too much problem, my questions were answered and my mind put at rest. Both scans were done in such detail and unhurried, we got plenty of time to see bab. I also did the gender scan, the results were sealed in an envelope for us to reveal later, the confetti cannon was a really nice touch! Cannot recommend enough.
