May I suggest that someone in authority has a word with the spectacles wearing, taciturn, miserable staff member in this branch. Dreadful.
Not very happy. Bought something using my Argos card. Collected it and then returned it straight after as realised I'd ordered the wrong thing. Still waiting after over ,7 days for the refund. What's the guy done with the item probably pocketed it himself

Fantastic service today from Chris at Argos in Sainsbury's, Altrincham! Just 30 minutes ago I checked online with another supplier beginning with A and they couldn't deliver the Logitech wireless keyboard I needed until Friday this week :( . I needed it much quicker than that so I checked with our local Argos and it was there waiting for me to pickup (and at exactly the same price) ! Now its working perfectly - Thanks for the great service, Argos...I need to check with you guys first in future don't I. :)

Tried to call the store 3 times got through press option 4 to speak to member of staff from this store, phone put down on me 3 times, gave up in the end, why don't they pick up the phone? sometimes its better just to call on the phone more than driving there just to ask one simple question!!!
Friendliest staff I've ever met at Argos. Happy and enthused and an asset to the company. Don't usually have much in stock on the day, but delivery for reservations is usually very quick.
