Excellent Service and Quality I always have a great experience every time I visit Waitrose. The staff are genuinely polite and helpful, never in a rush, always willing to assist with a smile. It feels like they actually care about customers, which makes such a difference. The store is always clean, calm, and well organised, so shopping there never feels stressful. I especially appreciate how easy it is to find fresh, high-quality products. Their fruit and veg are consistently good, and the bakery section is one of my favourites. Overall, Waitrose has become my go-to place because of how comfortable and welcoming it feels. It’s nice to shop somewhere where you’re treated well every single time.

Had two home deliveries and both the driver's we lovely polite and chatty The order arrived on time and everything was in there Only draw back is make sure you have shopping bags to move the shopping from the baskets as Waitrose don't pack the shop in carrier bags

Hi there, I rarely ever leave negative feedback and you can check that but today I just wanted to share a small experience. A couple of years ago I could easily buy alcohol without being asked for ID most of the time, but in the past few months I’ve twice been asked for ID at Waitrose. First time for a Red Bull, and now for a Purdey’s Natural Energy Apple & Grape Drink as part of meal deal. The funny thing is, this drink contains only a small amount of natural caffeine and doesn’t even fall into the category of high-caffeine energy drinks. I completely understand the policy about age-restricted products, but if someone clearly looks over 25, shouldn’t common sense apply? There are far worse things on supermarket shelves for kids than a Purdey’s bottle, so the logic behind refusing the sale feels like a complete nonsense.

I was impressed with the stores clean look. The quality and selection of fresh produce was also impressive. I was particularly pleased with the service from the friendly team behind the meat counter in the Wilmslow branch who were happy to offer advice on how best to cook the steaks. Thank you.

Staff is on ego trip, she didn't want to sell energy drinks to my daughter's friend despite the fact he is 18 and he shown his ID, just because my daughter went inside with him and did not had her ID on her. She wasn't the one buying anything and she doesn't even like energy drinks! Since when is the staff encouraged pretending to be police inspectors and assuming who are the items bought for? It is not worker's place to pry into buyer's company, this is highly unprofessional and lacks common courtesy.

Expensive - and best summed up by a recent "I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue" feature, in a Letter from the mythical Mrs Trellis of Carmarthen, who writes to Jamie Oliver ... "Dear Mr Oliver, after watching your Christmas programme, 'Meals for a Pound' ... armed with £1 I visited my local Waitrose. Unfortunately, however, I shall be going hungry tonight, as on the way home I inadvertently left my brussels sprout on the bus."

Good branch which is not too big not too small. I think it’s good value if you compare like for like- their own brand is better than most “finest” or similar elsewhere.

This is a fairly large Waitrose store with a wide variety of products to choose from when shopping. It has a cake section that is made in store and meat/deli counter section to get fresh cuts of meat. The staff are friendly and overall just a nice shopping experience.
