Good range of items. Cafe ok with a few offers and range of drinks. Absolutely love the Waitrose Colombian coffee shortbread biscuits! So delicious if you're a shortbread fan. Customer service seems fine.
A pleasant shopping experience. More expensive than other supermarkets, but plenty of quality produce. 20% off cheese on Thursday, and a free coffee for members makes it worthwhile.
This establishment has seen much better days, especially for one carrying the Waitrose branding. Although the core staff are very friendly and helpful, the general experience within the store feels neglected. I shall not be returning to this branch within the foreseeable future unless a significant revitalisation occurs. I'd like to also mention the young man with glasses who was on the welcome desk, very friendly like most of the staff at this branch.
Great choice of food. No apparent shortages. Relaxed shopping experience followed by a very fresh cheese salad baguette in the cafe. Excellent!
I’m regular customer for waitrose for ages , I’ve been there last night and I did my shopping, the bill coming £105, I paid on the till cash and have some Scottish notes and the guy on the till name LEO refused to take it then he called his manager Name JOSH and he made big story about Scottish note and he refused to take it, he said if you are not happy you can leave and go , was more customers watching what happened even one of the customer involved and said to them it’s unfair what you did, so we both left our things and went outside, it’s unprofessional team really place like Waitrose should teach the employees how to deal with us, specially the young boy Josh to be a manager without any experience how to deal with people it’s a big issue.
Good range of products for a relatively small store. There are cheaper places to get your shopping, but they are competitive on essentials and have a selection of premium products that you are unlikely to find at the budget stores.
Haven't been in person, but have received a couple of deliveries from this particular store via the Waitrose app. Produce is pretty decent and the delivery drivers are very good.
It is one of the good place to go for shopping. Everything is properly managed and no Parking hassle. Staff are very helpful. I do recommend this shop. However it is bit expensive compared to other supermarkets.
