In fact I got what I went there for. Staff were cheerful and welcoming, ready to see you through your search for items and if they dont have exactly what you wanted, they're polite to admit that they can at the moment provide that which they have.
Wouldn't normally comment on a supermarket unless really good or really bad! Super friendly staff here. Gets my vote.
Nice supermarket fully stocked. Just that the counters were a little disappointing. Parking you get 20mins free otherwise you have to pay. Upto 1 and half hours will cost you £1.
Had a very pleasant experience in this Waitrose. We were welcomed by a very friendly member of staff named Lucas, who kindly assisted us with our queries. He really went the extra mile to ensure our shopping trip went as smoothly as possible. He’s an absolute asset to Waitrose. Obviously Waitrose provided all the necessities as usual.
Store was great, bad shopping experience though as a security guard kept following me seemingly because I had a beanie

Love this store, friendly staff and it’s carries everything I need. Very clean. Car park a bit of a problem but it is everywhere in Alderley.
Good sized store but very cold inside & didn't have what we were looking for.
Light and airy shop , with a great range of products.The shop always looks clean and tidy. Parking is free for 20 minutes if you display a ticket.By the time you have queued for the ticket machine gone back to your car and displayed it and got your bags and a trolley I think you get about 15 minutes.At busy times the car park is often full.Overall it is worth a visit 7am-8am weekdays is the quiet time .
