Went here to take something back. Waited 45 minutes and was then told they couldn’t to an exchange. Asked to come back another day. Went back and still after 20 minutes they could not sort out an exchange. The poorest customer service I have ever had. Staff are completely incompetent. Will have to resort to going through head office.

I ordered a jumper here, was called to say it was in, said I couldn’t collect until the weekend, went in to be told the MANAGER had sold it ! Contacted Head Office who looked into it, the MANAGER lied , said I had said if there was a return I would have it. Completely untrue. I always support businesses opening and missed this shop when it closed on Water Lane , I will never support this shop and neither will my friends. Order online at least you won’t get your items sold !
Excellent customer service, the 2 assistants couldn't have been more helpful. Would highly recommend this shop.
