DO NOT VISIT. Unless maybe for just a beverage as my smoothie was ok and coffee looked alright. Meal one. Poached eggs on avocado and English muffin. Muffin was dry and untoasted avocado clearly straight out of the fridge runny cold and no flavour. My meal. Pie and mash. Absolutely terrible. Possibly stolen the top spot of the worst plate of food I have ever been served. Walnuts "Home Made" steak pie. Soggy straight from the microwave. Dry inside. Served with veg that looked like it was left over from Sunday's roast. All this was served in no joke less than 3 minutes from me ordering. Cut the menu down concentrate on your cuisine options. Diabolical will not be back and I urge anyone else to think twice.

A lovely Cafe restaurant with good food and plenty of seating area. Lovely and polite staffs. A wide range of food and drinks. Food was served in a fast time manner. Would love to visit again.

Best food place in Sidcup for breakfast or lunch. Great food, excellent customer service and staff look after you well. 100% recommend.

We got the American breakfast one with waffles and one with pancakes. It was okay. The waffles, pancakes and hash browns were ready made which we didn’t expect. They were like from Lidl or Iceland, just cooked at the cafe. Coffee was plain. Bacon was good. Nice staff, no wait, charming cafe but I wouldn’t have the same dish again.

Well this was disappointing, you always see it busy so we assumed it would be good, but we were wrong. Starting with the drinks, the cappuccino was bitter and unpleasant so I didn’t finish, the iced latte was 90% milk and had to ask for an extra shot as it had no taste of coffee. Chicken nuggets were actually nice but the chips were not. They were stodgy and were hot and cold in places leaving them unpleasant. French toast was just bland and the syrup is just a generic syrup, we asked for the fruit to be on the side due to allergies and they still managed to put it on the French toast and clearly scrap it back off, as there was residue of fruit on the toast and toast of the fruit. The fruit itself wasn’t even fresh. Onion rings are generic nothing Specail Specialty toast was ok Not worth the value of £35. Overall I’d give this a 2 star, it would be a 1 but the staff were pleasant.

I have ordered from Walnuts Cafe on Uber Eats a few times now. Their food has always been excellent with a good variety menu. I really like their signature salad which contains blue cheese, sliced apples and pears, rocket and walnuts and I have ordered this every time as it's so different to the usual salads. This time I ordered gammon steak which is a big piece in butterfly style with a slice of pineapple and a fried egg on top with a tasty side salad and a choice of chips or potato variety. Their millionaires shortbread is also fab with the caramel not being too sweet (although it usually arrives slightly melted because it gets packed in the bag in a separate cardboard box but next to the hot food - I just put it in the fridge to set again). The food is always delivered very hot and always tastes so fresh and prices are reasonable. They always pack everything in sustainable packaging. I have yet to try their breakfast menu but it looks delicious and such a variety.

Lovely clean toilets! Nice front of house seating that opens up to lots of outdoor seats. Coffee was fab! As was my sons smoothie as were the American pancakes!

I went to Walnuts for lunch today as they have a large range of choice and I ordered a chicken salad. I asked what the dressing on the salad was and they said it was Caesar. I advised I was dairy intolerant and if I could have the salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar instead, I also asked for no onion. When the salad arrived it had Caesar dressing on it, I advised once again I was dairy intolerant and I had asked for balsamic vinegar and olive oil. They took it back and were quick to replace it. I looked under the chicken and saw they had lifted the chicken off the salad and placed it on top of the new salad as it had the dressing on the bottom of it. I pointed this out to the staff again but said I didn't want another one. They took this back and brought out yet another salad that still had Caesar dressing on it (which doesn't show up too well in the photo unfortunately) but this time they added the onions to the salad. Needless to say I didn't eat the salad, then when I went to pay I had to explain to two people why I wasn't going to pay for it. My friend ordered smashed avocado on toasted gluten free bread with poached eggs. The eggs were not cooked properly. They were slimy and the avocado only came on one of the two slices of toast. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience and certainly won't be going back there. It's a shame as I met my boyfriend there for the first time and we tended to go back each year.
