   I purchased a suit over a month ago and sent it back due to the size . I sent it back using a tracking recorded delivery service as recommended on their return page. I’ve received a notification from Royal Mail to say it’s been delivered and signed for. I gave all the details to the admin team and yet they still asked for tracking details and said they haven’t received anything. I keep chasing them for an update but the team have stopped responding now. Their contact number shown on google doesn’t even connect through. Such poor and unreliable customer service. It cannot be this hard to manage a simple trading order and refund process. It’s been about a month now to this and no customer assurance what so ever. Very disappointing customer service.

   I have bought 6 suits and the size is too big on me. I would like to exchange them from extra large to large. I have filled out the complaint form but have yet to receive a response. It's been almost 2 weeks since I purchased these and I want to exchange them. If it is possible, I would like to visit the address and exchange them. If so, could you let me know if I can do so? Thanks

   I ordered a ready to wear 1 piece and it came in a very big size which did not match the size description on the website. I have returned with tracked delivery. I have not had a refund/ smaller size. I have been ringing and sending emails but no response. Shame of a service. Total joke. Do not waste your money.

   Oder no: 23778 I bought an unstitched 3 piece just last week, for £59, which was delivered fast. The fabric description was raw silk, but it was not the raw silk, rather very rough and stiff material. I have emailed them twice and messaged on WhatsApp too to arrange the return. But no reply. I am disappointed with the quality and the service. I might have to drive to their address as its not far from where I live.

   I am trying to return 3 dresses to you due to the quality, the address provided on the right hand corner of the invoice doesn't have building number or name. I searched the address which doesn't seem right. DPD requires name and building number. I can not even get through you phone or WhatsApp.

   I was hesitant to place an order because I'd never heard of this place to be honest and I wasn't sure if the suits would be real because sometimes asian websites sell fakes suits but OMG this place was great. I had to get something last minute and I spoke to the customer service team to ask if they could send something across urgently and my stunning outfits came straight away. If you are looking for something trendy, good quality which needs to be delivered quickly defo place to go!!!!! I can go on and on but I can't recommend this place enough.
