Rude staff. Spent alot of money in this place. Staff were talking about a pregnancy scan, when I was eventually served the same conversation continued. No acknowledgement that I existed. It seems customers are treated as an inconvenience- at best. Won't be going back.

Does not give refunds for faulty products. Bought suede shoes which were two different colours, one was so much darker than the other one that it just looked odd side by side. Took them back in 12 hours, the stitching was cutting open from one side of the shoe and they didn't deem it as faulty so they refused a refund. One of the shoes bottom was all yellow as well but they didnt consider that as a fault too. Rude staff who could not even show basic decency on agreeing that the shoes were two different colours.

I don’t usually write reviews like this, but my experience at Flannels was so bad I have to say something. When I walked in, I honestly felt invisible. Ellie, the supervisor, was just standing around doing nothing — no greeting, no offer to help, nothing. When I asked her a simple question about sizing, she barely looked up, muttered something that didn’t even make sense, and then just walked away like I was bothering her. It felt really disrespectful and made me question why she’s even in charge. The whole time, she did absolutely nothing to manage the store or help anyone. The fitting rooms were a disaster — clothes on the floor everywhere, a nasty damp smell, and zero staff around to fix it. I felt uncomfortable just being there. What really got to me was how drained and checked out the staff looked. It wasn’t their fault — it seemed clear they were just stuck in a place where no one cares and no one leads. Honestly, I felt sorry for them. I came hoping for a decent shopping experience, but instead I left frustrated and disappointed. It’s a shame, because the store has potential, but with management like this, it’s no wonder the whole place feels so lifeless. I won’t be going back. If you want respect and decent service, you’re better off somewhere else.

Genuinely one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had in years. I went into Flannels hoping for decent service, but instead was met with pure attitude. The supervisor, a blonde woman (wish I caught her name), was shockingly rude and completely uninterested in helping anyone. I asked a simple question about sizing and she barely looked up from her phone, muttered something dismissive, and walked off mid-sentence like I wasn’t even there. She spent more time chatting with the security guard and fixing her hair in the mirror than doing anything remotely helpful. At one point I watched her roll her eyes at a customer who asked where the fitting rooms were — just unbelievable. And yes, she’s the supervisor. The fitting rooms were filthy — clothes on the floor, , and it smelled like damp carpet. For a store that markets itself as high-end, this was anything but. Zero professionalism, zero customer service, and absolutely no sense of accountability. I ended up leaving without buying anything purely because of how unpleasant the staff were. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else.

Went to shopping on my mum’s birthday, and approached by Boz, he is really nice to give us suggestions all the time and walking along with us holding the things we liked to try, he introduced some creed to us which I never heard the brand before, he got really good taste and chose three creed to me which I finally really liked! I was wearing a white trainer and it looked dusty and Boz seen this and applied Ria cleaning kits to it, made it so tidy and I couldn’t believe the small cleaning spray can really worked! My mum was really happy and had really good time here! It is never easy for someone to deliver the service with that high quality, but flannels denton team really did it. Whether you like to buy or not, when you walk pass by please do come into their shop, you will be amazed either by wide range of products or high quality of service!

SHOPPERS BEWARE OF THE PARKING SCAM!! Spent a day and might I add a small fortune Christmas shopping at Crown Point Denton. Flannels is my sons favourite store so we spent some time browsing and made purchases amounting to several hundred pounds. Parked on the car park, finished the day with a meal on the retail park. Yesterday I received a parking notice, I went shopping their on 17th December, they processed the fine on 28th December, miraculously I didn’t receive the notice until January 10th to tell me that my fine would change from £60 to £100 if it wasn’t paid by 11th January, leaving me no time to appeal. Rang British Land who own the Crown Point only to be told that the parking had nothing to do with them, a blatant lie when the parking company clearly say they are issuing the fine on behalf of their customer. Paid the fine online to guess who? British Land, what an absolute scam. I will never spend another penny here on principle. I think that the shops operating on this retail park should make a stand against parking charges like this which will prevent customers returning and this is why my review is for Flannels and the other shops where I spent money on this day. The clothes and service I received in Flannels were fantastic but I’ll never shop at this branch again due to this ridiculous system of charging customers who park and spend their money there.

I have visited this store on a number of occasions, to buy and exchange items. The customer services from all the staff is excellent. A special mention to Boz he goes above and beyond to ensure customers leave the store happy.

I've visited this store on a number of occasions. Sometimes I have bought things, sometimes I have just browsed in store. The shop is always well stocked and is nicely presented. The staff are friendly and approachable. There's a new store manager at Denton and I can see improvements in the way staff deal with me and the store is better laid out. Overall, it's a better shopping experience for me.

Iv been going to this store over a year now and Sam continues to be as fantastic and helpful as always. There is NO push to buy but always willing to go the extra mile for me and my husband. Boz and Aaron are also two Iv dealt with recently again nothing but helpful. I like the experience of buying as well as the purchase and in Denton Flannels I receive that. Thank you :)
