The food arrived quickly, but it was only lukewarm when it got here, which was disappointing. I expected a hotter, fresher meal, so the overall experience wasn’t as satisfying as it could have been.!!
amazing staff. Helpful welcoming. My partner and I arrived late Friday evening and was welcomed. Made to feel comfortable from start to finish. Food was great. Will definitely come back it's nice to taken care of with a smile.

The staff here are friendly, welcoming, and super efficient, even during busy times. The restaurant is clean and has a great atmosphere whether you're popping in for a quick bite or having a relaxed meal with friends. Shoutout to the team for always delivering great service and making each visit a good one. Can’t fault it — one of the best Nando’s around!
Really enjoyed this visit. The restaurant is well located, with lots of parking available on site. Good food choices at a decent price. The service was warm, friendly and fast. They took real care of my niece, giving her two colouring sheets to keep her busy while we placed our orders. Order: 1/4 chicken with 2 sides - tasty and arrived at a good temperature 1/2 chicken with 2 sides - delicious and filling The kids menu was a good portion, enough for us to pack some away. The bottomless drinks had lots of options, from fizzy drinks to decaf peach ice tea.
We went here as a party of 5, we ordered our food but unfortunately there was an issue in the kitchen meaning that 2 of the dishes were not cooked which was a bit annoying as the 3 ate and the 2 of us just looked at them while they were eating and then when they finished the other 2 dishes came out, so was a bit awkward! I then went to get a fizzy drink out of the machine and the syrup ran out so wasn't able to get a drink to finish my meal with, the restaurant was also very cold as the door was broken! So wasn't a great experience which I put down to being at the wrong place and the right time, but I was really impressed with the manager Rui, he was very polite and very understanding, respectful which you don't get much of these days, he tried his best to accommodate us and offered us some nibbles while waiting on the 2 dishes which we kindly turned down as we didn't want to ruin our main meal. Always have a decent meal at this branch so will be coming back!
The worst dining experience in any Nandos so far. Chicken was stale and old, fries were soggy, I couldn't even eat a bite of rainbow slaw. The staff is good and service was good as well but food was really bad.
We went to This Nandos today,we were greeted by Latoya lovely welcome showed us to our seat. My friend went to order she stood there foe nearly 15 mins behind a customer who was placing large order. One of her colleagues went to her twice to see if she was ok. It took her a long time as she kept getting the order wrong. We had waited 15 mins to order. The food came which was ok, Latoya came to check if all was OK we told her about the experience she asked if we wanted to see the manager we said no it's OK butas she said if they don't know they cznt improve. Well the manager came and said that only one till was working that was not the case there were 2 working. He spoke to us like we were wrong.he was rude and very condescending. We visit a lot of Nandos this was the worst one ever. We will not go back.
I ordered chickpea burger and it was awesome. Quality was very good. My wife ordered boneless chicken thighs and it was very delicious. I recommend this place highly.
Staff were kind and attentive, food was great.
