   Our first visit to 5 Guys Orpington. Found the place and with easy free parking right outside. We ate early so the place was a little quiet , however very clean and tidy and happy staff team .Excellent service and fantastic hamburgers . A little at high price end but worth it. Special mention to HARVEY . He talked us through the menu and explained how the place works. Also hamburgers and meals were great . You can definitely notice the difference with this high quality. We would definitely use this restaurant again. Thanks Harvey !

   I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was absolutely awful! The staff are clearly not trained to deal with customers – they were rude, slow, and showed no willingness to help. On top of that, I witnessed something completely unacceptable: a delivery driver asked to use the toilet and was refused, with the excuse that it was “for customers only.” This is outrageous! These workers are on the streets all day, ensuring customers receive their orders, and they should absolutely have access to basic facilities like a toilet. The lack of empathy and respect was shocking.I definitely do not recommend this place, and I hope management reconsiders the attitude of their staff!

   Yeh its very good and love the fresh cooked burgers here plus the massive portions of fries its just the price. £28 for 1 small burger, 1 hot dog, 1 large fried and a refillable drink. Payed £8.65 fot this bacon cheese dog ! Better value burgers offered closely in the retail park.

   It's a likeable burger joint. The kids really enjoy it. The food is easy to order and there are lots of options for the burger that means the kids can leave out what they don't want/like in their burger. Enough space, never crowded. The portion of chips is amazing. Always overflowing. So if you like good chips, this is the place.

   This place is ideally located in nugent centre Orpington (St Mary Cray really) and is ideal for a quick stop from your shopping trip Place is not that busy I have been here now at different times and never I have seen it busy The staff are super friendly and if I was to suggest then please order your burgers and share the drinks and fries, we ordered once a large fries and between us two we couldn’t finish it so lesson learnt There is a vegetarian option too and the burgers are really nice Plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the meal there is place upstairs too I saw a lot of orders for take away as delivery drivers were in almost every minute so a very busy place The taste of the food is typical of a chain restaurant it tastes the same but for me it is the people and atmosphere and here you will find it and hence 5 stars from me Hope you all enjoy like we do here

   When we just want a decent fastfood burger, Five Guys is it. It's what you'd expect from a diner, no frills just tasty. They're burgers are consistently good and service is usually pretty good.

   Family of three, eat in experience. Two large burgers, one smaller burger, large fries to share and three milkshakes. The burgers really are delicious and freshly cooked, with a mass of free toppings to add. Wrapped in foil, double layer of meat. £8.50 + £9.50 + £8.50 The large fries were certainly enough for the three of us to share £5.25 Three milkshakes at £5.25 each. They did taste lovely. We had Oreo, vanilla and salted caramel. The whole meal for three was £47.50 it is pricey but you are certainly full up. The restaurant seating area was clean and tidy, a nice experience inside.
