   I was greeted and served by Rehana who delivered excellent customer service to me! She made me feel so welcomed and treated me like family. She helped me pick out a beautiful outfit for my wedding. I returned back to the store several times and she helped me pick out a nice jewellry set for my upcoming Walima, and even helped me with finding a nose ring along with the owner of the store which is available for me to go have a look at and collect today! I honestly love this store so much, everyone who works here are so lovely and Rehana is just the heart of the store! They also have really amazing clothes and jewellry that you just feel like buying the whole store! I will be eventually moving down South but you best bet, I will still come into Manchester and do my Asian clothes/jewellry shopping from here! Thank you so much for everything ♥️

   I never write reviews however was so happy with my experience here I felt I had to. I have an Indian wedding next month and having never been to one before, had no idea in relation to the outfits I needed. Rehana was so helpful, encouraged me to try different outfit styles and colours and made the whole experience pleasurable and enjoyable without ever feeling rushed( despite being in there quite a while). I ended up with two fantastic outfits, one for the Mendi evening the other a wedding outfit. I can’t wait to wear them. Both needed altering but this was no issue at all. I can’t recommend this shop enough, it’s so refreshing to have good customer service along with lovely affordable outfits. Highly recommended. Adelle( not Rob)

   Rehanna was amazing to work with! She helped me pick out three stunning Pakistani wedding suits and honestly made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Her service was top-notch — super helpful, patient, and really knew what would suit me best. The outfits turned out even better than I imagined. I’m so happy with everything and will definitely be going back to her in the future. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for beautiful outfits and great service!

   Lady was very rude and asked us to sit down over we wethere because we walking around "too" much and we weren't going to buy anything. We did buy somethings towards the end. The big , fat owner was just sitting at her counter doing absolutely nothing .The prices are exaggerated. We went there once , we are a loyal customer , to look for my daughter's Eid dress. We really liked this one dress which was £65. We came back later and another lady said it was £95. Edit: We weren't disrupting anything or anyone, they would have told us if we were disrupting them and what about the price increase? There are many beautiful dresses for less prices. We are never coming back there due to the rude customer service. We were just looking around or is that not allowed? I will advise everyone I know to not go there due to exaggerated prices and very rude service..

   This shop was recommended to us by a family member . No items are price tagged and when enquired they are overly priced. Although haggling can be done... It is oversold. Now the reason for my 1 star review comes when my dress had stonework missing and although I was promised that it will be fixed... I've arrived home 270 miles down the road and it is in fact not sorted. I called and spoke to "Boss" whom passed me onto a saleswomen only to be advised that nothing can be returned once it's left the shop and to call back another time as they have customers in store to deal with in store. I'm trying to explain to " saleswomen" that that's not fair and I understand I should have checked before leaving. Unbeknown to them I speak and understand fluent Hindi and the boss tells the saleswomen to just put the phone down because they can't do anything for me. The tone of the saleswomen went high and shouted " look there is nothing we can do to help you.Bye" ... Beeeeeppp goes my phone and bear I mind I spent £480 that day in the shop.. and let me add the haggling only worked if paid by cash ( screams tax avoidance to me). Bottom line is ... DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER. Absolutely disgusting service and will be reported to trading standards.
