   Omg the best customer service I have ever received Anais was absolutely amazing on how she dealt with myself. No quibble and just helped me out and to be honest the company wasn’t even to blame it was myself with being past the 30 days returning period and still they helped me sort it out.    The WORST experience with this shop. I ordered things, after one month this people send my things to WRONG location, then they send me email that my items had been returned. (I even didn’t see them). Now I am waiting FOR ONE MONTH to get my money back, and I still didn’t receive! “Customer service” is not helping at all! Where is my money ?

   Awful customer service. Received a jumper with pen marks on it and stated this on my return but my return has been declined and I have been blamed for the fault. I was within my return time and jumper still has tags etc on. Only worn to try it on! Do not order

   TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you are from U.S and place an order from this site that fit you they don’t have a return support . They told me “ you can use any shipping company that you have to pay” where the shipment is more expensive that the item, and they told me “ No we are not familiar with returns from U.S. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

   I placed an order with Luxe to Kill and my phone had auto saved my previous address but updated my billing address. It was only once I received a confirmation of my order, that I realised the mistake. I responded to the email and was answered by Scott. Scott was able to very, very quickly change the address on my parcel without any hassle whatsoever. Our exchange was all done within about 20 minutes via email. Subsequently my order arrived to the correct address only 2 days after ordering, I was expecting to have to wait a week or so. Scott's customer service and attention to detail was fantastic. This is a rare find in any business now and Luxe to Kill are very lucky to have someone who cares about their customers and their experience. Online shopping can be a hit or a miss but the boots I ordered are a fantastic fit as a size 5 and could still wear with thick socks. Will definitely be ordering again!
