   I have placed an order from the noor's boutique from there instagram page. When I recieved my pacel the outfit was totally different from the picture and the size was big to.I have tried to contact them from the number provided which is out of service and they have not bothered replying back to any of my messages. It's totally a scam if anyone is thinking about ordering anything from them i suggest you dont.

   I would give this experience 0 stars if I could. AVOID this place like the plague. Ordered my Eid outfit 6 weeks in advance, only to be told 3/4 days prior to Eid that it wouldn’t be arriving at all. My messages were ignored and unanswered for weeks on end. A few days before Eid I was assured that I would be getting my money back - it’s now nearly 2 weeks later, and no sign of my refund. To top it off, they’ve stopped responding to my messages! Absolutely horrific customer service, no apologies and they do not delivery anything.

   Avoid this company! They do not fulfill orders as promised and there is no way to contact them as they will not reply to DM's. They also don't refund you so it's best to do a chargeback through the bank to get your money back but also report the company to trading standards to stop others from going through this

   After 7 weeks of placing my order and making a payment, I have still not received my order and all forms of communication are virtually non-existent, because they do not respond to your direct messaging. Secondly the contact number that they have provided is not in service. So please save your money and do not order from this website.

   Do not let this low prices fool you, my order took over 7 weeks but only that I had 4 outfits and they only send two. The two I even received has a missing dupatta and it doesn’t look nothing like the picture. Please be aware.

   Wish I had read reviews, placed order on Instagram it’s been 6 weeks - no order no response and no update, reading other reviews looks like it’s a total scam! The only thing I might do is drive down in person and demand my money back! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTA DONT LET THE LOW PRICES FOOL YOU!!!

   I placed a order with them over 5 weeks ago. When placing the order with them initially was rapid with responses on Instagram. I still have not received my order, there has been no response from them and I’ have tried messaging them regards to my parcel and now want a full refund. But there seems to be no procedure in place to contact anyone in the company apart from Instagram. Wish I known before how terrible this company is. Total scam. If anyone can help how to go forward in claiming they’re parcel or refund please let me know!
