Can't attest to purchasing direct. However I have had many Bellfield items over the last few years which have been great quality and fit. I have had no issues with the items lasting. A shame that it is no longer available via ASOS.
Aweful customer service, ordered on express delivery. Didn’t arrive in time, and then no way of contacting via email or phone as they don’t respond. Stay well clear
Returned an item that was nowhere near the size advertised and never got a refund. Almost two months later, emails to customer support have been ignored and nobody answers the phone. Will never order from Bellfield again.
I don't understand all the bad reviews here I've bought quite a few clothes from these over the years and never had any issues. Most recently this week with no problems with delivery and the garment that arrived is good quality especially for the price paid.
Do not order from Bellfield Clothing. I gave them a try, one week later I didn't even have an order confirmation, although they did take my money from PayPal. I contacted Bellfield, no reply. I opened a PayPal dispute, and after a few weeks, Bellfield had made no contact to resolve the issue. Fortunately for me, PayPal settled the dispute in my favour. Do not buy from Bellfield - their system is clearly broken, and their customer service is just as bad.
